The children whom are the managers at Dutch Bros are full of themselves as are those whom speak to you at the window. Will no longer frequent this company in any manner. Starbucks have better products and much much better customer service!!

Asked barista if the kids got chocolate was kids temp (common in food industry), she rudely said “I don’t know, I guess”. The hot chocolate for my two year old burnt his mouth badly, I tried it and it burnt mine. This was after waiting a ridiculously long time for the three small drinks I ordered because she was busy chatting with her coworkers. Horrible experience after trying to reward my little kid.

i’ve loved duch bros for so long the order is always quick and simple. the service is great, i think i’ve only had one or two bad experiences with a duch bros employee but other than that amazing service!
I been going to Dutch Bros for awhile and this was the worst experience I have had. The two young girls working inside were awful. Had to knock on the walk up window just to get service. The workers were rude and had no customer service! Will not go back to that location.

i went by tonight for a late night drink and the experience was amazing. both maddi and hailey were amazing at their jobs and provided the best customer service i have seen in my 10 plus years of retail. they knew exactly how to fill my order quickly and it tasted amazing. so much so that when i finished off my first i went back for a second and it was equally as amazing. i will definitely go back and order it again
