Wow. I know it's new but this is a struggle bus. Twelve cars deep and no attendants taking orders. Twenty minutes. Menu item was consistent with other locations. New location. Hopefully they can sort it out.

Love Dutch bros but it's been a bit inconsistent as far as orders go. Sometimes my drinks are perfect and other times they give me something else entirely. I got a vampire slayer soda with cream and they gave me a smoothie I think. Didn't realize until I was pulling away cause I was in the passenger seat and the line was long. I tried it and it was not something I would choose to get.

Genuinely annoyed by my experience getting coffee today. I wanted to try out the new coffee shop next to my office, only 7 cars total in both lines, yet it takes 20 minutes for me to get my order. I guess they decided we don’t need a menu to order, so first you need to download an app or rely on someone to explain the menu to you. I was just looking for another useless app to clog up my phone so that’s perfect. Finally while they make you wait a frustratingly long time for your coffee, they entertain you with extremely loud static, as the music comes in and out to be replaced with static, loud enough that you can hear it well through a closed car window. Finally some internet posts have made it clear that the employees rely on tips, which I didn’t feel was warranted after the service, and I just don’t think I’ll be back to try it again.

What's with the hype on 8$ drinks and to wait for 15 minutes? I'm so confused.

Friendly staff, lively high energy atmosphere and good food and drinks. Brand new building that opened on or about 2-28-2024.Parking: Flat, paved, free parking lot. Empty spaces along north side of the building, close to Gibson boulevard. The spots south of the building were full.Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible patio by walk up counter window

I put today on my calendar and set my alarm to be there early this a.m. because I read that today was supposed to be the grand opening. But now that I keep reading, apparently, yall have been saying that since last year. Sigh.I left my house over an hour early to run only into the security guard who was the only person there. Bummer.

What a great way to wake up in the morning. Drive to a Dutch Brothers. It says it's open but it's not. How many days are you going to leave it up like this? How many people's times are you going to waste? I've been a great loyal customer almost daily in my hometown, but I'll tell you this in ABQ Starbucks all the way. There are in fact several new Dutch Brothers in this town who claim to be open waste your time on a drive and they're not open. I found one that was open yesterday and they told me they were aware of this problem. But they don't care. Local management is trash
