I’ve been to other Dutch bros where the workers LOVED working. They made the environment welcoming and full of energy. Sadly at this Dutch bro the workers are just boring and give negative vibes. Some workers are rude and at the verge of exploding. I don’t know why they have workers who can’t carry out the Dutch Bro vibe.

Lately all cups seemed with less coffee. Me and my wife noticed that for several times because she comes very often but the last time we had to tell them so they make another one. I mean why would you buy a medium size coffee when they only give you a small in a medium cup.

I went to the walk up window ordered my drinks. When I received my drinks they were not the correct drinks and I asked if they can be fixed. They were being so rude and after I received my drinks the workers began talking badly about me when I walked away not knowing my uncle was still waiting for his drinks. I didn’t like how I was treated. I hope the managers speak to them so they can treat customers better.

I went to Dutch bros on Rio Bravo on 1/10/2026 i always get strawberry lemonade with strawberry boba and extra boba. Didn't get the extra i paid for. Then on 1/11/2026 i went to the one on 98th street because they never disappoint. We'll one again im disappointed got chocolate milk no ice got ice, and yet again no extra strawberry boba. I love Dutch bros but workers aren't paying attention or don't care. I'm heartbroken

I ordered the holiday cookie latte and it was too sweet for my taste, I forgot how sweet Dutch bros is, so that’s on me. However, I got a hot latte and it was barely warm. Service was okay.

Dutch Bros is usually fast , but today they took forever when there was only two cars in front of me. Then they proceeded to take another 10 minutes, making my two drinks when there was only one car behind me.
