I placed an order from the app and my husband arrives to pick it up. They claim to have no record of our order and refused to make it! He drove 20 mins just for a coffee!!!! He showed them the order number and the order confirmation. He even verified that he went to the correct location!!! I want a refund!! Terrible customer service!!! I even tried calling nothing!

I have sent so many emails to dutch bros about how awful this location is and I never get a response. All I get is that they are sending it to the manager and gave me a free drink… I gave this location 3 chances before I finally gave up. Every time I go I ask for 2% and every time they make it with half and half, every. Time. And when I ask them about it they say “oh no that’s 2%” yet the drink looks like a sheet of paper and you can literally taste the half and half. I also get my drink with an extra shot so when it’s made correctly it is pretty dark. I don’t know why their go to is half and half. When I ask them to remake it they always throw a fit and are super rude about it. This last time we were there the girl handed me a chai (I ordered a coffee) then she takes it from my hands and just hands me a different drink, it’s like drink roulette at the window. I’m sick of spending my hard earned money at this place. The drinks are so good when they make it right, and that is the sucky thing I find myself wanting a Dutch but then I go and I remember why I don’t like it. And this has been happening for MONTHS.

We stopped by Dutch Bros while in town for the Balloon Fiesta. Tessa was so kind and gave me and my family a great recommendation! The CoCoMo was delicious. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Albuquerque!

I don’t know what happen to this place it use to be fast now it’s 15-20 or more minutes in line because the workers are slow. I wish the other employees were still here seems like I’ll have to come way earlier now to avoid being late for work or go to the one on Gibson since they are usually fast and accurate with drinks.
