I have sent so many emails to dutch bros about how awful this location is and I never get a response. All I get is that they are sending it to the manager and gave me a free drink… I gave this location 3 chances before I finally gave up. Every time I go I ask for 2% and every time they make it with half and half, every. Time. And when I ask them about it they say “oh no that’s 2%” yet the drink looks like a sheet of paper and you can literally taste the half and half. I also get my drink with an extra shot so when it’s made correctly it is pretty dark. I don’t know why their go to is half and half. When I ask them to remake it they always throw a fit and are super rude about it. This last time we were there the girl handed me a chai (I ordered a coffee) then she takes it from my hands and just hands me a different drink, it’s like drink roulette at the window. I’m sick of spending my hard earned money at this place. The drinks are so good when they make it right, and that is the sucky thing I find myself wanting a Dutch but then I go and I remember why I don’t like it. And this has been happening for MONTHS.

I don’t know what happen to this place it use to be fast now it’s 15-20 or more minutes in line because the workers are slow. I wish the other employees were still here seems like I’ll have to come way earlier now to avoid being late for work or go to the one on Gibson since they are usually fast and accurate with drinks.

Extra star for service because they were friendly, but legitimately waited for 15-20 minutes for our drinks and two cars in front of us to be made. This is a pretty unreasonable timeline for a drive-thru at a place that doesnt even make food. Was late to a meeting because I got stuck in a sunken cost fallacy thinking 'any second now'. 3 people on staff, a total of maybe 6 drinks needed to be made for all 3 cars.
Ok I've had really terrible experiences at the Juan Tabo locations so I drove out to this one and it was perfect. They offered to remake my drink if I didn't like it and were so nice and let me try it before driving off because I said it was new and I'd never tried it blended.

They have Delicious Dutch sodas and dirty sodas (with sweet cream), I always order a build your own Dirty soda with Watermelon, Coconut, raspberry and Vanilla and with sweet cream and it is really delicious! I really love the Muffin Top pastries,really flavorful! 5⭐'s from me!!

This morning’s experience at Dutch Bros was nothing short of fantastic! Logan took our order with a friendly, upbeat attitude, ensuring every detail was just right for our drinks. Tessa and Jamie crafted the drinks to perfection, and the flavors were absolutely spot on. Logan at the window completed the experience with a warm smile and great energy. Both the customer service and the drinks were spectacular—thank you, Dutch Bros, for starting our day on such a high note!
