Good coffee if you have the time. My wait was 14 minutes in what appeared to be a McDonalds line in length but moving much slower.The young lady taking orders from customers in the line was very plesent even when shoving her tblet at you with suggested tips before you got to the bill. Cash or credit not Starbucks but working in that direction.

I am a very loyal customer. This SV location is just terrible. 40 mins to get a coffee order. I ordered online now, and it's never ready when I get there. Last time I came, the employee sat there for about 10 mins talking to his friends in the car in front of us with no care in the world. When we complained about the wait, the other employee just said I don't know and left it like that. Terrible service, and it should not take 40 mins to get a coffee. Nor should the employee sit there ignoring their customers nor their job duties

Had one of the Rebel energy drinks I chose shark attack, and let me tell you, it cleared the wake up cobwebs in the first few sips, now my brain is firing on all cylinders!!! I normally go for the coffee, so glad I tried my new favorite Rebel Energy!!

Thankfully I can get there early to beat the line but even if not the staff are always hustling to keep the line down. Remember they have lines because they are good and we all want it! Good things happen to those who wait. Great Job south valley staff!!

Service at this location is unbearably slow. When you are a drive-through only business the expectations is that you will keep the line moving smoothly and quickly, but I ordered a simple Americano, and it took fifteen minutes to get a meh cup of coffee, which made me late for work. As a former barista and coffee shop manager I have to say fifteen minutes to get a cup of coffee is way way too long, especially for a cup of coffee that isn't very good. I will not be coming back to this location.

I came by with my 9yr old autistic son and my son was talking about how friendly and kind Jack was the whole way home. He even told his brother all about it. Thank you Dutch bros for making a difference in how customer service should be. They definitely know to be kind and positive. My new go to coffee shop ☕️?
