One thing I cant stand is making an online order ahead of time and having to wait when getting to the establishment. Most the time my order is not exactly the way I orderd it sucks especially when your on a time crunch. Why have an online order system in im still gonna have wait for my coffee I paid ahead for.
Loveeeee this location!! I go out of my way to get my drinks from this Dutch. The employees are always so nice and friendly. The drinks are always done right and there’s little to no wait time.
I like Dutch Bros, only bad things is it's easy for you to be cut in drive through line, and I've purchased for points only for them to not scan my app without me knowing once the item is purchased you can't scan app, must be before purchase is complete, they have great service other than these 2 things and they rebels are amazing
