Do not go to this bar if you have a fully developed frontal lobe. I lost my house keys on the dance floor and getting help to find them was a nightmare. The bouncers told me to wait till closing when they could sweep the floor. I waited an hour and a half for them to close. When they finally let me go upstairs to look, I was told to get out by the staff upstairs. I imagine they think I was drunk and misplaced them but I was sober. I had the keys when I went through the metal detector. The keys had a labubu on them so they would be easy to spot, and my inability to find them means they were likely stolen. These keys have access to my car, my home, and my work. The lack of help and concern by staff was appalling. An individual stole a consumer’s keys and they couldn’t care less.

Very fun there are different levels with different music and different atmosphere. It has so many different and fun and expressive individuals. It was also a vibe and a true experience to have there. If you wanna party hard since you work hard this is the place to go with some friends!

Waited 10 min to be served at bar and was never served. Bouncer was incredibly disrespectful. Even after i told him i had just water in my cup he slaped my drink out of my hand after i had already left the private owned property. Just because you're a bouncer does not give you the authority to patrol the public sidewalk. You're not a police officer. I will not be returning

Drinks are great, bartenders are nice. Loved going here at first but what I’m noticing is that the same type of music is played every Saturday. Literally the same songs any time I’ve tried to go. It’d be nice to hear from new DJs and hear music from like Pink Pantheress, Paramore, idk different artists and songs without it being overly remixed.
The bartenders suck! They’ll be desperate for a tip and to serve you when no one’s inside, otherwise they’re rude!

This place can be very lively. I came here for the Summerween event and it was very fun, the people were awesome and the vibes were great. It's a little sad that the party had to end at 1:40am, and that they lock all the bathrooms at about 1:30am so if you aren't aware, you might get caught off guard.

I strongly recommend that your security team receive better training, particularly when it comes to handling medical-related situations. I am a Type 1 diabetic and require the use of insulin and syringes. During my recent visit, a security officer attempted to publicly question and challenge me for carrying an insulin syringe (I also had my insulin)—something that is both medically necessary and legally permitted. It was not until another, better-informed officer intervened that I was finally allowed to enter.
This experience was not only frustrating but also deeply offensive and unnecessarily humiliating. It’s unacceptable for individuals with medical conditions to be treated this way. I hope you take this seriously and make the necessary improvements to prevent this from happening to others.
