Einstein Bros. Bagels

Went there for some coffee and a simple sandwich. yes we could have looked at the menu ahead of time, but the customer service was kinda wild. Girl at the front was training and was not helpful at all about what we could possibly order. She kinda made us feel stupid for not knowing what we wanted. Also was so unapologetic about not having the espresso mechine working, almost again like we were the inconvenience for ordering coffee. And lastly that new guy you guys have training needs way better customer service. Didn't great us, also didn't offer any help on what we could possibly get, and didn't smile once. Gave like we shouldn't be ordering from them, so we left.

I work near this location and used to come here every Wednesday morning for bagels for my clinic. After management changed from two guys in the morning, things went downhill with the new management and I stopped going pretty much altogether. Today, I was really craving an All Nighter sandwich and a cold brew shake. I decided to order ahead and take my chance. When I went in, it was an entirely new crew (more than 2 people i might add) and it felt like a whole new environment! My order finished as soon as I got there and the gentleman who was helping me pick up my order was extremely kind and in such a good mood, a HUGE difference from the middle group of workers who looked like their job was the bane of their existence. He asked me to show the order on my phone because they've had problems with people taking orders and I let him know I'd rather him ask than someone take my food! I truly hope this group that was there this morning around 930am stays for the long run because they are AMAZING!

I can't speak of the Location Service or Atmosphere as I ordered from Uber eats, but let me just say this. Hands down, the best food delivery experience I have had! My sandwich was hot and extremely delicious, I wish I could directly thank the person that made it. My Uber driver was super outgoing and friendly too. Just super happy! Good service and food is hard to find nowadays so when I do I have to rave about it!!

I hesitated going to this location because of the bad service reviews. It was the closest one on my recent trip so I went in. I stood there while the employees finished their personal conversation. Then the girl walked to the register and just stared at me, no hello, how can I help you. NOTHING

I told her I wanted some bagels!!!!

Came friday morning to pick up a half dozen of bagels. Walked in and was greeted friendly by the two ladies opening. Stacey was a tremendous help and a great way to start my day. She provided helpful advice of what’s good and was patient with all my questions. She was very nice and sweet and so was the other girl didn’t catch her name. Dropped my entire coffee and still helped me out. Amazing service.
