The meal was satisfactory, however, the cost was excessively high.

love the bagels and coffee but I shouldn’t be asked for clarification that I want a Cinnamon Sugar bagel, paid for it and gotten a Cinnamon Raisin, my friend was nice enough to trade me his Onion bagel but I’m still disappointed, this isn’t what I ordered nor paid for

Stopped by to pick up coffee for our morning meeting for 45 people. The order was placed the day before and it was ready for pickup at 7:00 a.m. The person at the register quickly assisted me and helped me carry the bags out to my vehicle. Loved the service!

I went in and the entire shop was empty i was just waiting for a good ten minutes for someone to come out and take my order, once i did order and went to pay the lady helping didn’t know how to do it so i guess she got another worker to help. Then once i got my food(i ordered a blueberry bagel and pizza bagel toasted) they were both burnt. One of them was almost black, they were about 10 minutes from closing and i was already aggravated so i didnt go back in. I will be going to a different location now.

when I walked in three of the employees looked at me and didn’t even smile or greet me.I found that to be very discomforting. I proceeded to order and I got the wrong drink my card had issues running so the lady at the counter made me feel really uncomfortable for it. just an overall bad experience and I’m really upset by it.
I love Einsteins and eat there a lot, this was my first time at this location however and just a friendly tip you might want to train your staff to not talk negatively about your customers especially when they are in eye sight and ear shot of the customers. Tell them to at least go to the back if they are going to do that. I was standing 20 ft away from the counter and I could still hear them talking very poorly about customers.

I went to take my boys here and they don't take any form of cash payment. You would think there would be some kind of notification on the website or online to be clear with customers that they only take card. I drove them down and the service refused because they refused to take cash. This would have been far less dramatic if I saw this before having to drive there. ?
Great food, average service. Prices are decent. A great variety to choose from. Good location but crudy parking. If you love a good bagel breakfast sandwich, this is the place for you. Nice that they have you the choice of one or two eggs on your sandwich.

Each time i have come into this location i have felt unwanted. I asked for simple modifications and got an eye roll. They weren’t wearing name tags, but the people who were running the register need a review on customer service. If I am paying 20 dollars for my order I hope that I would get what I’m paying for.

The bagels were good and prepared quickly. I didn't like that I got a free bagel and schmeer promotion for national bagel day, but I was originally charged for the smear. I questioned it and the counter person told me I was charged for getting it toasted! $2.39,Really? He ended up taking it off, But you shouldn't have to haggle when you're offered a free promotion.

Homeless man was in the store asking for coffee. Staff Member with shaved sides of hair and pony tail was very rude to me when I offered to pay for his coffee to just keep him away from the customer area. The other one on duty, a young woman, was very good and helped me with my order patience while also dealing with the situation. KUDOS to her, her coworker needs training on customer service.
