Einstein Bros. Bagels

This is the best service and order I have ever gotten from EBB. I’ve been to several other locations and I can’t tell you how much I appreciate it when an order is correct. The young man made my order to perfection and when I was leaving he even rushed to open the door for me. (I have a dry mouth from medications so the 2 tomatoes on each half of my bagel is so important. Most locations mess that up but he got it perfect!). Then as I waited outside for my Uber, a homeless lady was in front of me and yelling and carrying on…low and behold the owner/manager came out to stand with me to ensure I was safe. These two gestures make all the difference. I tried to call to thank them and ask for names but got no answer. So to you two men…tysm! You both are appreciated so much and I will be back.

I use the order delivery robot from time to time and they never get my order right and end up ripping me off. I should be able to get all the items I pay for.

I loveee einstein bagels but this location is not very good. the bagels are never warm when they’re served to you and the workers are rude.

the worker mia was absolutely incredible. a rude lady was attacking me in the line but she handled it with grace and responsibility. i WILL be coming here again. ❤️

Been here three times. I only order the Turkey, Bacon, Avocado bagel. No sliced tomatoes. The first time they did it right. The second time I got an entirely different bagel. The third time they forgot the avocado. $30 in bagels to have $20 of that be incorrect. Sucks because when it's made right it's delicious. Wish I could come here more often but I won't pay to have my order made incorrectly.

Closes at 2pm (why?) and the people working had obnoxious behavior (being loud and clearly too happy to tell people they are closed) other than that drinks have been ok

Harassed by a one-armed hobo, other than that it was fine.

This place always runs out of bagels like bruhh, also idk but the guy that's at front, he talks so fast and Everytime I go there I can't understand what he says bc he talks so fast and low like sir chill out.

With a wide selection and decent coffee, I would definitely recommend this as a place to grab breakfast. The service is great, but the occasional order gets mixed up when it's very busy.

On the campus of the University of New Mexico. Service and food were very good, though I was not a fan of the coffee, but since I'm no longer college age I don't think it was really directed toward me. It was a nice place for a simple meal while I was charging my car.
