Einstein Bros. Bagels

Maybe I’m biased but I love Einstein Bros. Bagels! My husband and I grabbed some lox bagels and coffee while my kids grabbed a breakfast bagel and a pizza bagel. Everything is always good here! The coffees are always so good here as well. The place was clean, service was nice. Overall a great experience having breakfast here!

Sarah was great getting my large order after I had to buy 18 bagels for my office. Will come back to this location! 10/10

This place is one of my favorite spots for a good coffee/bagel combo.

The staff was working hard today! It was a blessing to see the big team working together managers and everyone in between. We were in a long line but they were all hustling to provide delicious bagels and quality service and they deserve some recognition! I’m glad I could get a yummy bagel before starting the work day. My only feedback would be to please allow us to tip more than 3$. I wanted to encourage and thank the team for their work ethic and was a little dissappointed there was no “other” button for tips. I was hoping to give quite a bit more for a team working so diligently and under pressure. Send them my kudos. I know how often people’s hard work is under appreciated.

I usually do the surveys to give them feedback, generally if you complete them then you are supposed to get a free bagel for participating. Well I did and this guy said that I have to l, “make a purchase” which I was going to buy 2 lattes, but the way he said it was very condescending. If the company does not like giving freebies then why is it on the ticket?

I was given the wrong food, then when it was remade, I was given the wrong food again.

First I was given bacon, I cannot eat pork.

Then I was given only 1 egg on my 2 egg sandwich, I was also not given the bagel I paid the upgrade charge for to get the gourmet bagel.

I love the products, atmosphere, and employees. But I do not the prices. They seem to have doubled in a couple of years

Rude staff! I got 12 bagels instead of 13 on the Dozen Bagel Box Monday! No one said Good Morning not even the manager. Everyone was so Rude and not very pleasant or Helpful! ?
