Einstein Bros. Bagels

I placed an order through the mobile app this morning and was disappointed that the preferences selected in the app were not followed. I ordered two All-Nighters: one was prepared correctly, but the second was supposed to be on a maple French toast bagel with added ham. While I understand substitutions may be made if a selected bagel is unavailable, I did pay an additional charge for the extra meat, which was not included. This is not the first time I have experienced an issue with orders from this location. Unfortunately, this ongoing inconsistency impacts confidence in ordering through the app. At this point, I would only recommend ordering in person to ensure accuracy.

Unacceptable customer service. I had a scheduled pickup for 8:20 a.m. on 12/23/25 for a large order and was treated with dismissive and discourteous behavior from staff.

I arrived on time, greeted the employee, and simply asked whether my order was in the system and close to ready. Instead of a clear answer, I was repeatedly told, “I’ll be with you in a bit,” despite the question being quick and reasonable. I returned around 8:45 a.m. for an order scheduled at 8:20 and received the same vague, unhelpful response.

The issue was not the delay but the lack of professionalism, communication, and basic courtesy. My total order was about $160, and I left a $50 cash tip, yet received no acknowledgment, no thank you, and no eye contact.

Very disappointing experience and not what I expect from this brand.

Has multiple registers but for some reason they only use one to make the actual payment and the others just to hand out orders? The way the restaurant is setup just doesn't make sense and it leads to longer than needed waiting times especially in the morning when there's fewer workers and a ton of people trying to get their coffee and/or breakfast.

I used to go here all the time. The last time I was in I was shocked to see the girl at the checkout with her hands on the rim of the large trashcan, no gloves. She then used that hand to give me my coffee cup. When I said something about it she smirked. I then went to her manager who thought it was no big deal and told me I did not have to come back in there, so I haven’t. Apparently customer service is no longer available at that location.

Got a gift card to this place. This is the first time I've visited this location, but the 2nd time as an Einstein customer. This location was a bit cleaner than the first location.
The 4☆is for the agent that assisted me her name is Lluvaua.
This entity has several doors to use to enter/exit. You have little ones, they have booster chairs. Even dog treats here: unsure if they are all baked and cooked in the same environment. Ingredients aren't vegan friendly.

They don’t take cash , what a waste of. I will not be returning

I traveling by through town and was head to the airport. We stopped for breakfast which was your usual great Einstein Bagels, again breakfast was great.
I picked up the bakers dozen, I told the girl we were flying back home with the bagels. She packed the bagels in the box and also handed me some small plastic bags and twist ties in case I wanted to repack the bagels. The bagels were repackaged and placed back in the box.
Bagels made it safe while remaining fresh. The box was a huge attraction and a great conversation piece.
5 stars for the food, clean place, and thoughtful customer service.
