Good bagels and friendly staff

The employee behind the counter was not friendly which made for an uncomfortable moment. The food was good while the coffee was barely luke warm. Not a bad
experience but could use some improvement.

First time ever trying Einstein Bagels and I’ll definitely be back again!

Got a gift card to this place. This is the first time I've visited this location, but the 2nd time as an Einstein customer. This location was a bit cleaner than the first location.
The 4☆is for the agent that assisted me her name is Lluvaua.
This entity has several doors to use to enter/exit. You have little ones, they have booster chairs. Even dog treats here: unsure if they are all baked and cooked in the same environment. Ingredients aren't vegan friendly.

Go-to easy breakfast. Service is very fast. Cold brew coffee is very good

I can’t believe how much Einstein chargers for a toasted avocado and the how little avocado they put on. Less than 1/2 of the bagel has avocado on it

Customer service could use some improvement but over all it was good enough for me to come back

Bad customer service

I'm in about once a week. Service is friendly and fast and the food is tasty. They remember my name when I come in!

I really wish I could give this place more than one star but this is the second time I’ve gone to this place and placed an online order and 25 minutes later getting to the store My order is not done. I had to wait longer on my break on my time in order for them to fix an order up Asked to purchase another bag of chips and really I should’ve gotten it free because of having to wait an extra 5 to 7 minutes I understand people may say I seem entitled, but the whole reason why people place online orders is so that the order is legit good to go when you get there I don’t want to have to sit and wait for it to be made. This is the whole reason why people place online orders!!! It’s not that hard of a job to look at an order and make it! No one greeted me when I came inside. No one said anything to me until I mentioned my order and when my order wasn’t ready they didn’t even apologize! This locations sucks and so do the people that work here!

This store just gets filthier every time I go in there. I could swear my bagel tasted like dirt. I feel like I have dust on me by the time I come out. They sweep behind the counter right by the uncovered bagels so all the floor filth goes right on the bagels. And the place smells bad. The coffee pots always look dirty too. They dump out the coffee way too early. The staff remains questionable but certainly not clean. Geez, clean it up already, you're working with food people!
