Got a gift card to this place. This is the first time I've visited this location, but the 2nd time as an Einstein customer. This location was a bit cleaner than the first location.
The 4☆is for the agent that assisted me her name is Lluvaua.
This entity has several doors to use to enter/exit. You have little ones, they have booster chairs. Even dog treats here: unsure if they are all baked and cooked in the same environment. Ingredients aren't vegan...

Update, December 2024.
I stopped back into the osuna location and I'm happy to say it was much, much better.
They were very busy and everything was clean, coffee was filled and they seem very attentive.
The bagels are just okay now, the quality seems to have gone down some.
The place wasn't particularly clean and two out of three of the coffees were empty.
I was going to ask for someone to make coffee but some random...
