I visited this location on Christmas Eve and was blown away by the service. Cheerful, diligent, and simply excellent staff! Truly made my Christmas Eve errands a joy. This is my new go-to Einsteins!

Normally would not write a review but just went and the staff was at least attentive however the two bagels I got were both so stale I couldn't even chew them and the coffee was room temp. I dont have much faith that anyone there is going to even know since it looked like all of the bagels were burnt or a few days old. I have gone to this location in the past many times but over last few years it has been declining and now I must say I will never go again.

Awful place awful bagels awful people working there.
Ordered a turkey sausage, egg and cheese and a bacon, egg and cheese. Got home and discovered there was no bacon onthe bacon egg and cheese. Bummer!
Oop- not us coming two hours before they're closed, and they're closed!

I order a lot from here. Got an all nighter sandwich with 2 eggs and when I got it there was two tiny egg pieces, a huge amount of cheese, and no sauce that gives it the flavor I like. Wish I could’ve enjoyed eating it. Maybe it’s just the weekend crew. The weekday crew always gets me right.
