This is one of the worst locations in Abq. They are always getting my order wrong, and the food is almost always cold and disgusting.

Decent place to get breakfast bagels. Wish they had a drive through option.
Just had the Farmhouse bagel. Although it was good, it was missing the bacon. Disappointed ☹️

Are there is over there are workers that do nasty things in the back and pretend to do their job?
First time visit to this store because they closed four hills location. Service was okay except the bagels were smaller and kind of hard. Seems like whoever made them mixed it wrong maybe????
Went for breakfast, and the staff was very rude. I asked for my meal to be warned/ toasted and I waited in line only to get home and take a bite out of my cold ass breakfast. The cheese wasn't even melted.
First time at this location. They were super busy. The team was working really well with each other. They were fast and friendly. I ordered the Maple House breakfast sandwich.. and a large coffee of course. Never had that sandwich before and it was really good. I was impressed that the sandwich was ready by the time I put sugar in cream in my coffee. I definitely will return..
The location on central closed down and I always had a great experience there so I tried this location and the quality of the food and service is not the same

I visited this location on Christmas Eve and was blown away by the service. Cheerful, diligent, and simply excellent staff! Truly made my Christmas Eve errands a joy. This is my new go-to Einsteins!
