An order placed at 6:17 am didn’t get into my hands until 6:44am. Multiple customers came in after me and ordered multiple bagels including a bakers dozen and they ALL got their order before I got mine. I had a single bagel, a lemonade, and a dessert. Awful experience

I ordered online and when left from my house which is about 10 minutes away my order was still not ready I ordered three breakfast sandwiches and three coffees I sat in the dining area for 20 minutes before I got up and asked if they had an ETA on my food they said there's a lot of people in here and they're all waiting waited another 10 minutes before I got my order very disappointing I realize that many places are understaffed but that doesn't mean that they have to be rude

Restrooms needed attention

I arrived at 8:30 on a Thursday. There was plenty of parking available. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. I placed my order and made some special requests. The staff was cheerful and accommodating. My order was ready quickly and handed to me with a smile. My order was perfect. All special requests were accommodated and my cold brew coffee was delicious. The lobby was well maintained. There was someone wiping down the tables and making fresh coffee as I was leaving. 10/10 I will be coming back.

The team working at the academy location is phenomenal. From the moment you walk and are greeted to the the minute you 2alk out and your food is still warm. The managers at this location are very friendly and helpful. They go out of thier way to help any guest. Thank you einstein bagels.

My friend and I came in 20 minutes until 2, on Friday, 4/4/2025
The shift manager / lead (took her name tag off so I didn’t catch her name) took our order. Seemed to be upset that we were there. She was not friendly, but had a bad attitude while taking our order. We still remained kind, said thank you and took our food to the car. I opened my sandwich to bit into it in the parking lot and there was a black hair in the cream cheese. I took the sandwich back inside where the two female workers (shift manager and other female worker) said “ugh they’re back” where we could HEAR them.
They begrudgingly remade my sandwich without an apology.
I still said thank you 😭

It was such an unnecessarily uncomfortable experience from beginning to end. It was very obvious that they didn’t want to be there and didn’t want to serve us or extend any professional customer service.

Had what I wanted.

I love your place.And I love the people that work here and I come here every week and half of the time the toilet won't flush so it's not their fault but it is somebody's fault and it needs to be fixed.Is very embarrassing
