I arrived at 8:30 on a Thursday. There was plenty of parking available. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. I placed my order and made some special requests. The staff was cheerful and accommodating. My order was ready quickly and handed to me with a smile. My order was perfect. All special requests were accommodated and my cold brew coffee was delicious. The lobby was well maintained. There was someone wiping down the tables and making fresh coffee as I was leaving. 10/10 I will be coming back.

The team working at the academy location is phenomenal. From the moment you walk and are greeted to the the minute you 2alk out and your food is still warm. The managers at this location are very friendly and helpful. They go out of thier way to help any guest. Thank you einstein bagels.

My friend and I came in 20 minutes until 2, on Friday, 4/4/2025
The shift manager / lead (took her name tag off so I didn’t catch her name) took our order. Seemed to be upset that we were there. She was not friendly, but had a bad attitude while taking our order. We still remained kind, said thank you and took our food to the car. I opened my sandwich to bit into it in the parking lot and there was a black hair in the cream cheese. I took the sandwich back inside where the two female workers (shift manager and other female worker) said “ugh they’re back” where we could HEAR them.
They begrudgingly remade my sandwich without an apology.
I still said thank you 😭

It was such an unnecessarily uncomfortable experience from beginning to end. It was very obvious that they didn’t want to be there and didn’t want to serve us or extend any professional customer service.

Love Einstein Bagels. Farmhouse this time. It was delicious. 🙂💯

Had what I wanted.

I love your place.And I love the people that work here and I come here every week and half of the time the toilet won't flush so it's not their fault but it is somebody's fault and it needs to be fixed.Is very embarrassing

I will never come here again. I went in there yesterday after having a long morning, basically salivating for a bacon, egg, and cheese on a roll with ketchup. Simple, right? Wrong. The first thing the girl said is, "We don't have any rolls, only bagels." I said in disbelief, "You don't have ANY rolls??"

I mean I know the name says Einstein Bros. BAGELS, but Dunkin' DONUTS also has bagels, croissants, English muffins, etc. You don't say I'd like a "Bacon, egg, and cheese on a donut"... unless you really, really want to... DAIRY Queen has dairy items but also burgers and chicken. Last time I checked, there's NO DAIRY in beef or chicken.

Finally I caved in and said, "Ok, please can I have a bacon, egg, and cheese on a plain bagel with ketchup?" Then the other girl there whispers something to the girl I'm talking to who then says, "Umm, we don't have any ketchup." I repeated her in disbelief to make sure I heard this right, "You don't have ANY ketchup??" I know that ketchup on eggs is a controversial issue, but I come down on the side that I need ketchup with my eggs. She starts saying, "We have pizza sauce, ranch dressing..." as if THOSE things belong on bagels... so I just cut her off and said, "No, forget about it."

So, reluctantly, because I was there already and didn't know anyplace else close to go, I ordered "Bacon, egg, and cheese on a plain bagel." The price came out to OVER eight dollars!! I said, "Over 8 dollars?! For something that I don't even want?!!" That's more than I would pay for it back in New York!! (which actually included the ketchup)

After that I thought of a Burger King nearby to go to to get ketchup because I don't have any ketchup at home. But I'm not one of those people who goes into a restaurant and takes things for free, so I ordered a small fries to justify why I'm taking ketchup packets.

After $12 worth of food to put together a $5 sandwich, I was finally able to have a (cold by then) bacon, egg, and cheese with ketchup on a plain bagel... Oh! I can't leave this out - the bacon was NOT long strips of crispy bacon like you would think (and want!). It was mushy like slices of ham gathered together. The slice of cheddar cheese was burnt, and the eggs seemed like something that you would find on a space mission. Perfectly circular scrambled eggs." ... Never again.

Service was absolutely awful. One of the servers was extremely rude. Didn't get what we asked for. Took forever to get 2 sandwiches. Our order was missed. Requested money back...they said it's done now. Gave me a bag .... Didn't trust the food. Wasn't what we ordered. Bad all around. Threw the food out. Didn't trust it.
One of the employees apologized. one making our food was rude. What happened Einstein, this place used to be good. Won't return, many other places to choose from.

Wow, this location has really gone downhill in service over the years. They make it very difficult to purchase from them, as though they don't even want your business. I walked in and thought I would place a very simple order of 2 dozen bagels, half plain, the other wheat, just sliced, that's it. When I walked in I noticed the big, bold print signs on the registers that read "NO CASH ACCEPTED, only debit or credit cards". Ok, I thought to myself, I can accept that. After I told the lady my order, the first hurdle in making a purchase there, 1) "our POS system is down so we can't take your payment, you'll have to make the payment online at our website." 2) "for the size of your order, you should've purchased it online so we could have it ready for you". REALLY?! Two dozen dozen bagels thrown into a bag is too difficult for them to handle as a walk-in order? AND, I have to stand there at there counter, find their website and dig out a credit card and enter it in? GEEZZZZZ, never going to this place again, waaayyy too many rules, they don't want my business!

This place is hit and miss and today was a MISS! I didn't get the discount I came in for, nor the bagel I wanted, no coffee, had to pay for a substitute and had to put up with this child manager yelling at me in a robotic hostile tone. After all these years this particular store still has the worst customer service. And this manager, Maddie is a perfect example of it. She should never have authority when she's so unprofessional and inconsiderate of customers and probably staff.

I’ve been to this Einstein’s many times, and I always order one of the egg sandwiches with egg whites. 9 out of 10 times they put the regular eggs with the yolk. It is an option on mobile order, I don’t understand why it is such a difficult request to accommodate. I have only once or twice had my order correct. If I’m paying $8 for a sandwich it should be made correct. I would not recommend this location.
