I arrived at 8:30 on a Thursday. There was plenty of parking available. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. I placed my order and made some special requests. The staff was cheerful and accommodating. My order was ready quickly and handed to me with a smile. My order was perfect. All special requests were accommodated and my cold brew coffee was delicious. The lobby was well maintained. There was someone wiping down the tables and making fresh coffee as I was leaving....

The team working at the academy location is phenomenal. From the moment you walk and are greeted to the the minute you 2alk out and your food is still warm. The managers at this location are very friendly and helpful. They go out of thier way to help any guest. Thank you einstein bagels.

I love your place.And I love the people that work here and I come here every week and half of the time the toilet won't flush so it's not their fault but it is somebody's fault and it needs to be fixed.Is very embarrassing
