Einstein Bros. Bagels

I’m not a reviewer but definitely this place was over my expectations.

Service is great. Friendly and helpful people. It was my first time. Farmhouse bagel with double egg and avocado was delicious. Cut well, nothing falls apart. Cappuccino is great, milk is warm, easy to drink like it has to be.

Love this place! I am a bagel lover so you can never go wrong with this place. This location is great and the bagels always taste fresh. Natasha always makes my experience fabulous and I am happy to say I will keep coming back. Natasha is always so nice and welcoming. I highly recommend this place.

Great food, they don’t accept cash, bathrooms are locked, we where in shock finding out that the bathrooms are locked,

Staff prides themselves in talking over you and won’t listen to your order. Interrupted me several times with attitude. (Three different visits) Geez, it’s 7:30am. Who needs this? I love bringing bagels to the office, but I’ll find a new place to stop.

love this place cause its just like pizza on a bagel. workers act like they could be anyplace but here

First off they dont accept cash, secondly When we came in I asked of she had a bathroom she said "no" paused and then said "only for paying customers" I said "oh well no I'm gunna get something but my mom has to use the bathroom" she said "okay" I went to get my mom and we came in to order no one acknowledged us we stood in front of the counter for a bit then went to the other end and just told her what we wanted to order she said "oh you will order down at the other end"(where No one was standing.) And they just stared at us until finally coming to assist us. While we were waiting on them they kept acknowledging everyone else who came in.

Placed an online order for 2 regular bagels with honey almond schmear.
Got there 10 minutes later, just to be told they didn't have regular bagels.
After basically being put on the spot what I would rather have, I ended up getting something else that I did not like.
Was also put back in the line and had to wait for 4 other customers to go through.
I'm not sure how you don't have any regular bagels at 9 in the morning.
I'm also confused how it's OK to punish the customer because you don't have what was ordered. Nothing was offered as an apology.
Menaul location never has given me issues.

If you can’t accept cash at your location for the “safety” of your staff, maybe it’s time to close this location.

They won't accept cash for payment, but they have a cash tip jar next to the register. First off, tips for what?..doing exactly what you're already getting paid for?.... and of course second, if you can't accept cash as payment for the product, you have no business asking for cash tips. I already reached out about this mulitple times, and nobody has contacted me back, so that is why it is now on here.In response to the obviously not genuine response from Einstein Bros bagels: come on. You can at least act like that isn't a computer generated response... ALSO I will not be reaching out to yet another source for this complaint. You've had multiple opportunities to respond to my inquiries about this issue and have not. I will simply leave this review in hopes others take it into consideration and not be spending me money with your establishment.

Tipping? Automatic 1 star. Pay your employees enough.

The bagels and sandwiches are delicious! My favorite sandwich is the Nova Lox. I got a hazelnut coffee and it was wonderful. The workers here are kind, courteous and make this a brighter place for lunch or breakfast.

Ordered sandwich then took 3 dog treats. Label on canister said 1.19 each. Cashier would not honor. She says inflation. Well remove label, it takes 2 sec. She says I'm just the Cashier. She still wouldn't honor. I still bought it but at 1.39 each. Employees here definitely need better customer service
