Einstein Bros. Bagels

Advertise they are open till 2. It is 10:30am as I am writing this review and their doors are locked. Employees are in there just standing around inside doing nothing looking back at you like your stupid for trying to come in. This has happen multiple times when I have gone to this location.

Definitely recommend the egg in hoche, so Patty breakfast sandwich from there.Their coffee is also really good.Definitely is worth the time when we're heading out to church

The bagels just didn't quite taste as good as I remember, im sure everything was fresh but it just didn't taste great. Service was great the employees were friendly

Jasmine was amazing to watch … she kept all the cooking going at an incredible efficiency! The wait to be served was too long and the cashier wasn’t very pleasant

OJ has been watery the 2 times we went there. The food looks like it was thrown together in a hurry.

Waited 20 minutes for 4 toasted bagels with cream cheese. My wife and I smelled like smokey toast by the time we got back in our car. Took the bagels to share with family and when we arrived they said we smelled smokey. Good food.. long wait. Had to go back home to shower and change so I didn't smell like I'd been camping.

I was very disappointed with this location, my family loves bagels so I signed up and created an account to be a regular however my 1st online order was a disaster. I do not understand how you can place your order 1 hour ahead of time and pay for the order ahead of time only to get there and be told they ran out?? so paying ahead means nothing if someone else walks in you still sell what I paid for?? staff was friendly but that doesn't resolve the issue. very disappointed won't be going back.

I placed an order @10:45 it is now 11:40 I asked this for the 2nd time how long it would be and they said they haven’t even started my ordered!! And asked if I wanted a refund.. like you wasted an hour of my time..

Someone grabbed wrong order, sat there & touched food, returned it because it was not their order and all the staff did was re wrap it. Gross. When I asked staff member if that was what happened, they denied it. Do not eat at this location..

This location seems like it is going to close like the one on Tramway and Central. It is run so bad I can't believe it is still open. The staff is terrible, they are out of everything, the wait for basic food is completely out of hand without anyone even in the store. The saving grace is the staff will probably completely change in a few weeks.

Delicious breakfast bagel sandwiches with lots of variety. Very friendly staff. Lattes are my favorite coffee choice.
