Someone grabbed wrong order, sat there & touched food, returned it because it was not their order and all the staff did was re wrap it. Gross. When I asked staff member if that was what happened, they denied it. Do not eat at this location..

This location seems like it is going to close like the one on Tramway and Central. It is run so bad I can't believe it is still open. The staff is terrible, they are out of everything, the wait for basic food is completely out of hand without anyone even in the store. The saving grace is the staff will probably completely change in a few weeks.

I waited 10 minutes in line while the cashier struggled to re-enter the one order ahead of me several times. When it was finally my turn, he had to call that same customer back because her payment didn’t go through. Normally, I can be in and out in 10 minutes—including ordering and waiting for my bagel sandwich. Instead, I had to walk out hungry because I was out of time. Really frustrating experience—do better.

Service was not great! 2 customers in store and 3 workers. and no toilet tissue in bathroom. One worker sitting at a table eating. Took a long time for a sandwich and they didn’t slice bagel. No chips offered even though came with sandwich. I’ve been to other locations but the one in Albuquerque at riverside plaza needs more training..

When coming in to get breakfast, the first thing I encountered was a gentleman coming to take our order and Adriana yelling at him to get back over there to finish their online orders that we could wait. I then proceeded to get my order taken by another girl that was working there in the middle of her taking my order Adriana Heard me order and then rudely stated your order is going to take 15 minutes because I have online orders and all these eggs, I have cooking are not for your order. She needs to learn how to be professional. She does not seem like she likes her job. She is very rude to her coworkers and her customer service skills are awful Will not be returning to this location

Great food spot for bagels and sandwiches. The smears they have are diverse and we love coming here. Sometimes the bagels can get a lil burnt but nothing serious! Either way a great spot for a snack or variety packs!

Pretty stingy with the quac on a $9 sandwich. Not even 1/8th on inch.

Salt and pepper might help with the flavor.

A few weeks ago, I saw a manager yelling at a worker in front of customers. Orders are late, staff has little to no training, and managers don’t seem to want to train new employees. The whole place feels like it’s being run by a first grader…

I love Einstein's.. but holy, their iced coffee needs work. Hot coffee and food are great. Staff great. But that iced caramel macchiato I got was so bad that I went to Target and bought a Nespresso machine to make my own same day. Something about it doesn't taste right at all.

Overall pleasant transaction, however I felt loathsome with the lack of acceptance of eligible tender being the United States Dollar, and otherwise compliant to use a form of electronic payment.
