The food is always pretty good. Spice is right too. The things that lack here are that the kitchen is very slow, the service is hit or miss, and the prices are much higher than other/similar places in the area. It’s a worth going to place to check out or if you have folks visiting.
First time in town and I fear the rest of the trip may be downhill from here! The food was amazing and Rayn guided us through the menu and provided perfect recommendations!!! Top notch experience for this MT family!!

This is a must stop if you are taking a road trip along I-40. The food was amazing especially with the vegetarian friendly options. The highlight was definitely our server Jimmy. He was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable about the area. He gave us so many ideas to plan the rest of our stay in ABQ. This place should not be missed.

It's a hidden gem. The patio is amazing! It's fully shaded under trees and thus very pleasant in summer and yet in winter let's enough Sun in to allow warmth. And it is only outdone by the incredible food.

Dinner was outstanding, had chicken enchiladas with green sauce, wife had the two tacos ( one with carne pork a bit spicy), no hard liquor due to nearby church😕

I used to frequent El Patio, but after some time away I returned to find that everything I once loved about it was missing. The food just didn’t taste as good, the service felt lackluster, and worst of all—the prices have skyrocketed.
I understand costs have gone up everywhere, but $18.50 for a chicken enchilada plate? That’s hard to justify. Sadly, the value just isn’t there anymore, and I don’t see myself returning any time soon

Rayn was attentive and provided incredible service. I highly recommend the carne adovada inside a sopapilla, with red chile topped with an egg!

Excellent food! Just arrived in Albuquerque and randomly picked this place. It did not disappoint! So so good! Rayn was our Server. He did a great job explaining their plates so we could enjoy the best meal ever. Will definitely eat here again when we’re in town.

Found this gem on our way to Santa Fe. Coming from Texas not your Tex-mex but it was all really delicious. Ryan our waiter was fabulous. He even brought us out some samples of their sauces, which some were very spicy. Our husbands loved!! Would definitely eat here again
