Trevor is a really sweet young man who helped me tremendously when I placed an order online and made a mistake. He immediately cleared it with his supervisor and fixed my issue. He truly went above and brooms to help me, he was very kind and professional. Please hire more workers like him. He’s truly amazing!! The goods was also incredibly delicious. Kudos to the whole team working they were working hard and looked like a dream team. Thank you guys!
I was so excited to hear that El Pollo Loco was back in Albuquerque, I drove clear across town to get a taste of some GREAT FOOD. I was not disappointed! I was able to make a mobile order (which was like jumping in line) and the food was ready when I got there. The food was hot and delicious and the service was fast and friendly. I sure hope they open another on the West side so that I won’t have to drive so far. BEST CHICKEN IN TOWN!
Love Pollo Loco. I’m so glad they are back in Albuquerque! I placed an online order and went to pick it up. It was ready when I arrived. Got the order home and everything was excellent! Ordered a family meal with beans, rice, Mac & cheese, and corn. Don’t forget the salsas. Everything was delicious. I recommend ordering online so you don’t have to wait.
