I can’t believe I am writing a review for a towing company but when you find a gem, you have to let people know. I can’t believe the customer service and how they have gone beyond to help my boyfriend who’s truck and trailer broke down in the middle of nowhere. They not only towed him but helped him find a mechanic and a place store his trailer. They checked on him the next few days to see if he was ok and if he needed anything. tonight my ignition switch locked on my truck... after two hours of fighting with the insurance company they sent Macy's tow the call... Jose shows up and in a few seconds had the ignition switch unlocked and my truck running... he didn't charge me anything just a friendly hand shake and I was off... they're really is good honest peaple left....
Macy's tow has a new life long customer here.... and I recommend this company and Jose to everyone!
