I cannot say anything positive about my experience. The margaritas were $25 and tasted like there wasn't alcohol in them. The food took forever and then it was wrong. I was finished eating before my husband got his plate. The service overall was not something I would praise. The amount of our meal was over $100 for two enchiladas plates, two margaritas, one shot, one agua frescas, and a coke. I have never in my life paid that much for subpar mexican food with lousy service. 0/10

Service was horrible and food was dry and not good. When I asked for sour cream, I was charged $1.99 for a Tablespoon size, which I needed just to moisten the dry food.

Very rude people to seat you. Take forever to acknowledge you. Waitress was nice but the owner that was checking me out after the meal didnt acknowledge me for awhile and even took a call in the middle of our interaction from her boyfriend and talked to him on speaker. Very rude

Terrible service and disappointing food. The quality does not match the high prices. This was honestly one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. Everyone in the restaurant waited hours just to get their drinks and food. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

We were there during the balloon fiesta week. Sat outside and it was very pleasant, music playing in the square. My wife ordered beef flautas and was told they ran out of beef, so she agreed to chicken. I ordered beef tacos. It seemed odd to me they ran out of beef for the flauta yet not for tacos, I just presumed it was a different kind of beef. My tacos were pretty small yet tasted good. Beans and rice were pretty standard. However my wife's chicken flautas were dry and lacked flavor. They looked exactly like those mini flautas you get at Costco. Made me suspicious the reason they did not have beef was because they ran out of those and were not made in house. My wife could not eat them and told the server, was not offered any alternatives. In his defense it was his second day working there.

The food and service was great. Our waitress was very attentive and offered us great menu items that we really enjoyed like the birria tacos and sopillas for dessert, which were amazing. The bartender also made us a cucumber margarita, which was not on the menu and one of the best I’ve tasted. Really enjoyed this place and will be returning. Thank you for the great service.

We had high hopes for this restaurant due to its inviting ambiance, but were left deeply disappointed. We arrived around 1 PM and were seated quickly, which was the only efficient part of our visit.
We then waited a full 40 minutes before anyone came to take our order, and that was only after we flagged someone down. My margarita arrived as a beer, and correcting the mistake took another 10 minutes. Unfortunately, the margarita wasn't worth the wait—it was completely bland.
As the wait for our food stretched past an hour, we saw other frustrated customers leaving. We asked to cancel our order, but were told the food was ready. In a comical display of disorganization, another waitress then stopped by our table to ask if we were ready to place our order.
At that point, we insisted on cancelling, paid for our drinks, and walked out. The front of the house is let down by extremely poor service and a lack of communication in the back.

Busy place for sure. We didn’t get menus for 20 minutes. We wait for over 55 more minutes for some nachos. Shame on us for waiting so long. We had to ask for napkins and silverware. My advice is to find a street vendor you might not have to blend lunch time with dinner time. If you want to see old town, do that first. Maybe just plan to spend the night there. We did get to listen to music in the park and people watch so that was good. A+ atmosphere. Nachos were marginal at best. Very disappointed

Thankfully the service and weather was great because everything else was pretty bad. Would say this is a good spot for a margarita… I wouldn’t drink the water or eat the food here again, there is definitely something wrong with it. Not sure how rice and beans can go so wrong but I think they are being cooked in really bad water
