El Tarahumara Mexican Restaurant

This was my families favorite Mexican restaurant by far. We go at least twice a month and sometimes buy for the holidays. Yesterday we went in during the Superbowl. Just had the worst experience.. So disappointed. My entire family has been eating here from the day they opened & today was a horrible experience! This has always been our favorite Mexican restaurant we've eaten there a couple times per month for 30 yrs!!!. My 70 yr old mom went there for dinner by herself and was on the phone with me the entire time she even had me help her order. We’ve been loyal customers for years, so we were really shocked by how we were treated tonight. My husband found a long blonde hair in his taco. None of us have that color or length of hair which obviously is why we said something. When we mentioned it, the manager immediately argued that no one in the kitchen is blonde and even said we could “come look in the kitchen” to prove it, which felt completely unnecessary.
