I have altered my below review from a 2 star to 4 star rating due to the management making a very solid effort and actually returning the watch to me. Miscommunications happen and I think it has been handled very well on the behalf of electric playhouse management...Despite my less than graceful reaction.(First thing is first the venue was an okay experience for me however the staff and the way the fallowing situation was handled was absolutely unacceptable. I lost a watch at a show one night and called the next day to check if it was turned in. I had a Staff member tell me they had the watch in there possession. ( it's nearly 300 for this watch)I was unable to pick it up the same day. I make my way in a day later only to be told that the watch does not exist... one of the employees mentions another staff member mentioning the watch but cant tell me where it went. I was told by management that they would be in contact with me... I have not heard anything back and am fairly sure an employee of there's stole my property! Not acceptable I won't be back and I will not recommend people to attend this venue. No effort was made to even identify what happened to my expensive and personal property that they had in there possesion.)

It was nice, a little small, the drinks are decent but expensive. All the games ans interactions are cool the only down fall is people not watching thier kids or even rude adults running in front of other kids, taking balls from them or just jumping in front of you while you are trying a challenge. Not electric playhouse fault but a huge annoyance.

Great venue! The interactive games and large installation was perfect for kids with lots of energy! Colors, lights, sounds and action all combine to create a world of full immersion! Children and adults alike!

We had so much fun here! We were passing through Albuquerque on a family spring break road trip, which also happened to fall on my son's birthday. We stopped at Electric Playhouse for a few hours to play and for dinner, and we had the greatest time. The food was also AMAZING. This was such a great surprise for the birthday boy!

I will be honest, I thought this would be an OK place at best! I was suprised with the VERY helpful staff at the front desk and that was just the beginning. The whole family had soo much fun. Thank you for the Wounderful Experiance. Highly recomended.

Fun time! It's not a super large venue, so you do have to wait to play different games, but it's an experience. I like that both 9 year olds left tired lol
What a fun place! The only suggestion I have is to post a little summary of each game next to the screen where you choose the game. That will allow newbies like us to know what is expected with each game. There were lots of employees around that we could ask - but I think little summaries would be helpful.

Four stars because it is a very fun, unique place for entertainment in Albuquerque. However, when we arrived (group of 5) to purchase a membership, we were told they only sell those online. We then say, “how about five tickets?”“We only sell those online as well.”I am shocked. We move out of line to go stand away from the desk, on our phones, to order tickets from their website. We also have to electronically sign waivers on our phones. It took 15 minutes for us to finally get our tickets and get waivers signed before we were able to finally go inside.Huge user experience opportunity.Once inside, everything was great. The games are fun. I want it to be bigger, but there is more than enough to do for a couple of hours. Was not busy, so we were never waiting to play something.
