My wife, myself, and MIL had dinner at Eloy’s last night. They did not disappoint even with the new owners. The rice and beans had the perfect amount of spices and the sour cream enchiladas were awesome! We have often been a patron of Eloy’s and we will continue to support this restaurant. Great New Mexican food, you will not be disappointed either!
Since I was Tot-eating the authentic New Mexican cuisine was made by the hands of their owners, family-friendly owned 56 years. Not a day missed. From North Carolina to New Mexico thank you Serena family-friendly and time given to the Albuquerque community.
