Can I just say, I love you-I love you-I love you! Thank you for making the effort to bringing your product up here to Santa Fe! I have read every packaged sourdough bread (even the one from local bakery and your price point is less) and they ALL have ingredients you would need a Chemistry degree to pronounce. Your product keeps it simple.
More and more people are looking foe product with ingredients that won't make them ill (the affects of cumulative use).
I am so happy!

Fano bread is the best! High altitude commercial baking is no joke, and these guys have it DOWN!

Fano’s bread is so good that, yes, it’s worth the effort to pick up a loaf or two directly from them. So easy to phone in your order and pick up. And the Green Chile loaf (and rolls) are amazing. Great service too.

Yesterday 8/15/2023 around 10:42 I noticed the truck pictures run a red light not like a yellow, it was red for him and had already turned green for the other direction made a left turn. Then went speeding down the road. Towards his next stop. The way he was driving is dangerous and is going to cause a crash and hurt and/or kill someone and it’s not good. Doesn’t look good for your company and is bad advertising.

I always buy the seeded rye and rustic white. I’ve noticed that the rye has been inconsistent in the thickness of the slices. Mostly too thick for sandwich use. It’s been noticed by me as to thickness because I buy it all the time. Hopefully this is something that will be paid more attention to for not being too thickly sliced. ?

Lately the rustic loaf has been tasting better and glad it no longer has holes in it. I can no longer find it at the Smith's on Constitution Ave. Please tell me what store I can purchase it at in the NE. Thank you.

They have good green Chile rolls and the green chile breads . Both are good to eat.
