A bit bummed at lack of creative NA options and wines. Orecchiette pasta was a bit thicker than expected and desired but the sauce was good. Don’t feel compelled to return like I thought I would.
Outstanding food due to hours-fresh produce from the onsite gardens, meats & game locally raised within 200 miles, and talented chefs who respect their bounty. Highlights:
Appetizers: fried pickles with 3 sauces; really an assortment of pickled vegetables (carrots, cauliflower, green beans…) served with homemade ranch dressing, cayenne pepper sauce, ‘cowboy candy,’ a green chile sauce. More of the latter was requested.
Mezze plate, with pinto bean hummus (would LOVE this recipe), spiced lamb riblets (ditto on recipe), tiny eggplants in tomato sauce, & more. These were ALL insanely great.
Entrees: beef-bison-pork Bolognese pasta with ricotta crema & pistachio-basil crema; vegan wild mushroom pappardelle (pastas made on premises); braised short ribs with Parisian gnocchi (perfect choux pastry). Again — all delicious.
Desserts: Our party of 7 ordered every dessert, plus the house-made pistachio ice cream and the melon-basil sorbet (another recipe I’d love to have). Favorite desserts were the apple-based entrement & the melon sorbet; however you can order freely & will be very pleased.
Wines: Excellently curated wine list with wines that complement the excellent food. The knowledgeable Sommelier helped us select our 2nd bottle from the ‘Limited Supply’ list. We ordered 2 X $100 wines, which raised our per person price. Wines were good value at ~ 2.5X retail price.

Can’t recommend this place enough. The food that comes out of this kitchen is consistently delicious and incredibly reliable. Service and atmosphere to match! Would not be surprised if they win a James Beard or Michelin star down the road. Destined for greatness!

The fried pickle platter was fantastic. It was a lighter fry, almost a tempura fry, with green beans and mushrooms. The sauces were straight cash too. My wife got a flight of rose wine and ended up getting a glass of Vivek Rose was local and smooth. Tasted like strawberry. It was expensive, but high quality food handled with professional intention is not gonna be cheap. I will be back again.

After they got a new chef n stopped making the steak with the beet sauce it went down hill.
I went here for my father’s birthday, and the meal was great, but I wasn’t feeling well that day and didn’t eat much. I asked at the end of the meal to have my meal boxed, but the waiter didn’t hear me. It was loud, but after the mistake, they attempted to fix it by boxing up a small portion to take home. The portion I received was nowhere near half of my original portion. This was very upsetting, but everything was great otherwise.

It was different than what I am use too, the portions are small and a bit pricey for what you get but they use all fresh ingredients and the atmosphere was beautiful!! Its a good place to come for a small brunch but I wouldn't say its a family place if you have kids , the menu if very limited.

The food had panache. Eating out in the patio was pleasant and quieter than the main dining room. The staff were food docents. I loved the mocktails.
Had a lovely dinner here to celebrate an anniversary. The service was fantastic and our server made excellent food and beverage recommendations. Our salad, entrees and dessert were exquisite and perfectly paired with a bottle of wine that was on feature.
Wonderful food and presentation. The chief comes up with amazing menu from soup to dessert as the season changes. Service is outstanding and great wine list!
