We sat in the beautiful courtyard one late-May evening and it was fantastic. Our waitress, Danielle, was terrific; genuinely friendly and knew all the answers to our menu questions. She also struck the right balance between bringing our food and drinks quickly and giving us plenty of time to savor them and talk. We live out of state, so don't know when we'll be back. However, if we're near Albuquerque again, I'll seek this place out. Pricy, but it felt worth it on a special night out.

Stunning land and space. Unfortunately, the service and food did not reflect this night. The fish was dry towards the ends. The greens were wilted and I received the part you should throw away of the vegetable. The beets were the only redeeming dish, they weren’t terrible. The server ran from our table before he could even hear our responses to the questions he asked. It wasn’t busy. Interesting experience. Check my photos and you be the judge.

Our daughter treated my husband and I here for my birthday dinner. Everything was absolutely amazing: we had 3 small plates, 3 entrees and 3 desserts. They both had the NY strip and it was cooked to perfection and the accompaniments were out of this world. They each had a couple glasses of wine/beer and I had the featured mocktail. Our little walk around the garden after dinner was the perfect ending to a fabulous meal.

We've been coming here for years. The food has always been good enough, but they must apparently be struggling recently, since it seems as though they've resorted to nickle-and-diming every little thing. We sat outside in fairly cold weather, and we got charged $5 for the waiter to bring my wife a glass of warm water. They also added an additional charge to separate a single dessert onto two plates. I guess the effort of putting pie on one plate and ice cream on another is worth an extra $10? Sure this place can be considered 'upscale' for Albuquerque, but come on, that's just a sad money grab. This left a really sour taste in my mouth. After having this as a regular spot for year, we probably aren't ever coming back.

Oh my goodness, what a wonderful first visit to this place. Atmosphere was impeccable, Danielle worked so hard. She seemed concerned, I wanted to tell her to relax because she's doing beyond good. Don't wonder because you should be so much more confident with your ability. Edger, it was fun to watch your good attitude. Speaking of good attitude, You should be so lucky to have this young lady seating your guests!Also, I want to mention who tasty the hummus appetizer was, and the shrimp and grits. Thank you guys!
