Im very upset with my experience. I waited in line for 25 minutes, that was not the problem. I called to place the order because I was in line for drive through and when she found out I was in line she at first didn't want to take my order, finally she understood and took it. Then I get to the window and wasn't ready, and forgot what drink I ordered, just to come find out they did not have what I ordered. I leave with a different drink and the shrimp cocktail I order, they gave no utensils. I start eating it and it's warm. I paid almost 20 for a lunch that was bad.

Food is great and the staff is great especially the lady at the counter. However we go to this location often and I feel so bad for the employees they haven’t had air conditioning for over 3 months I think it’s ridiculous and the owner should be ashamed especially in the Los Ranchos area it’s like a sauna when u walk into this restaurant the owner put a rolling swamp cooler in the dining area which blows hot air with this weather and how hot it’s been I feel for the customers and especially the staff!

Usually they are good here but today they got my order completely wrong. I ordered rolled tacos and got a bowl of some kind. I ordered a horchatha and got some watermelon thing.

The negative reviews almost made me not come an eat here I'm Glad I ignored them! Lol place was bomb 💣 drive thru service was excellent food was hot fresh an delicious 😋 it's very expensive that's why I think the negative reviews come from any kind of mistake an people feel wronged Lol makes sense for the money should be great I got really great food I still didn't like the price point but it was worth it because the hit was freaking money! We got. carne asada burrito super nachos a mini taco plate and a tamale 50 bucks just right under 49. An change thanks from this old west Coast family to the hard working people here exactly what I needed the taste was exactly what I remember but not the price haha 😆😂

Two small tacos and a drink $10 bucks! Wasn’t even a combo meal, was mostly lettuce cheese tomatoes. Still hungry!

They are a trash place they do not treat their customers wi t h respect and if you order delivery, do not expect it to come correct and they also will curse you out over the phone.

Ordered a breakfast burrito recently and it was expensive but not only that it tasted old and it was so greasy that grease was literally dripping out of the bottom and soaked the paper wrapper it was in and I also found a piece of clear plastic in my burrito which was very gross.

Overall the worst breakfast burrito I have ever had by far, expensive, discustingly greasy, plastic in the food and tated old.

I personally will never eat there again especially hearing they don't even wear gloves.
