It was awesome the staff looked a little sketched out by me because I'm covering tattoos they treated me like a humanbeing they treated me with respect and kindness they allowed my service dog in there and the sandwich wasn't just phenomenal one of the best sub sandwiches I ever had and the presentation on how they made it with the phenomenal it looks like something you would see in a commercial

They acknowledge you as soon as you walk through the door. Everyone was attentive and ready to serve. This was my very first time having a meal there and I am very pleased. They have a cause that supports first responders and one of the best chicken parmesan meatball subs I've ever tasted. Kudos!

Really disappointed you guys removed the option from DoorDash to add items to your sandwiches. I love the turkey bacon ranch with added olives, jalapeños and bell peppers. But you guys removed the option from all sandwiches out of laziness to want to complete the order as requested. I managed in multiple restaurants that offered DoorDash delivery and I know for a fact you guys changed the menu options to remove the request. I had employees who would ask for the change because they simply didn’t want to go through the trouble of reading and I alway denied it. Laziness. Big disappointment.

We totally dropped the ball on ordering a group lunch and thankfully found (Saint) Rahim who answered the phone at 7:45am and so graciously and patiently and warmly took our order.28 boxed lunches like it was nothing.You’d think this would be the standard these days and it’s just not anymore.Rahim and his team nailed the order. 100% accuracy and punctually.I can’t emphasize enough how much some simply good service from a team actually looking to be of service can go such a long way.Thank you. It was our first experience at Firehouse Subs and their subs are pretty hot! The food and the service are awesome! I got the pepperoni meatball sub and it was delicious! I loved the atmosphere and their restrooms are very clean! One thing I would like for them to add to their menu is a buffalo sub. We’ll definitely go back and eat there again as soon as we can!Parking: Has lots of parking.

We did not have a good experience today. Prices have gone up and quality and quantity have gone done. We got medium subs, barely any meat or veggies and soggy bread. Sadly we will be going elsewhere for sandwiches until we hear things have improved!
