The staff was AMAZING! They made sure I got exactly what I needed for a catering order for my daughters teachers. They did a fantastic job of preparing it and it looked great.

I have always enjoyed Firehouse Subs. Unfortunately this location was awful. Bread was stale and there was so much fat on the meat that the sandwich was not edible. Cold, greasy and no flavor. Will not go back.
Service was great, folks were friendly and atmosphere was good

Last week I ordered the new Thanksgiving turkey sandwich, it was very good. Today I decided to try it again. Sadly it was the sloppiest sandwich I've had . Every bite I took the sandwich would fall apart in my hands.

They are under no obligation but was buying food for 50 students and asked if there was an education discount, answer was no. Their competition got my business.

To prove I'm not often negative, I'm going to be really positive here. I had the seasonal (?) turkey, dressing, cranberry sauce sub, and it was probably one of the best subs I've ever had. Not only was the dressing delicious, but the turkey was high quality. To be honest, I absolutely love dressing anyway. I wished this was a year around item. The other subs I've had there are pretty good, but this has been the best!

Request no pickle in a takeout order and they literally put it on top of my sandwich. I guess allergies, and directions, mean nothing. Complete waste of lunch, time and money. Awful

My comments probably won't register with the majority of consumers, so just consider them hopefully to be useful for those of us who daily need to balance the delight of tasting well-prepared dishes as against managing our budgets.
The sandwiches served here are unquestionably more interesting and more tasty than those served at the national franchises who focus on a similar menu. When new items are added, they are always worth a try and always provide a flavor experience that shows the master chef of this enterprise is exactly that - a master.
The personnel are well trained and deliver the product in a clean environment generally nicer than that of the competition.
Those positive attributes stated, I find that the cost per unit of weight of the sandwiches, beverages and sides about 10% higher. Consequently I have to reduce the frequency of my visits in order to stay within my budget. This is not a negative review, it is just an honest statement which may or may not cause the reader who is not presently a customer to give it a try in order to gain his own cost / benefits sense.

🔥 Firehouse Subs 🔥 yummy
The Hook & Ladder sub is hands-down one of the best sandwiches on the Firehouse Subs menu. Piled high with smoked turkey breast and Virginia honey ham, this sub hits the perfect balance between savory and sweet. The meat is always fresh and juicy, and the melted Monterey Jack cheese ties it all together perfectly. What really sets it off is the toasted sub roll — warm, soft on the inside with just a slight crisp — and the fully involved toppings (mayo, lettuce, tomato, onion, and a pickle on the side) add that satisfying crunch and freshness.
It’s hearty enough to be filling without feeling too heavy, and it tastes like something made with care, not just slapped together. Whether you grab a medium or go big with a large, you’ll get a generous portion that makes it worth every penny. It’s become my go-to order at Firehouse with flavorful, consistent, and just the right amount of indulgence.
Bonus: knowing that every purchase helps support first responders through the Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation makes it taste even better.
