Horrible customer service. The women were very rude! I work for Uber eats and they didn't have the order in the system. My son (5yr) was working with me and needed the bathroom. They refused to let us use the bathroom. Had to go nextdoor to Bahama bucks which they were kind enough to let us use their restrooms.

No hairnets gross and every worker has long hair including the guy making the sandwich’s great people and service definitely need hairnets every place I’ve worked at I had to wear one

For a chain, they have their stuff together.Fresh vegetables, honest fresh meats, proportioned of bread to sandwich was excellent.Staff is on it!!!

Ordered door dash tonight. Dasher had to sit there for like 20 mins waiting on it to be ready. When it got here it was not the correct sandwich order, Luke warm and the cookie could have chipped a tooth, rock hard. I’m really not that picky but this is not the first bad experience I’ve had w DoorDash firehouse at this location. Bummer.
