Firehouse Subs Winrock Town Center

I am extremely disappointed and deeply disturbed by the experience I had at this location store #1564 . During my visit, I encountered an employee named Isaiah, whose behavior was completely unacceptable. He was disrespectful, used foul and abusive language, and showed a complete lack of professionalism and customer service. What made the situation even worse was that the store manager, Ally, was present and witnessed the verbal assault. Instead of de-escalating the situation or addressing her employee's misconduct, she stood by and did absolutely nothing. Her failure to act and her lack of leadership was shocking and unprofessional. This incident caused me significant emotional distress, public humiliation, and has had a lasting psychological impact. No customer should ever be subjected to such a traumatic experience in any business, let alone a well-known establishment like Firehouse Subs. I sincerely hope upper management takes this review seriously and investigates this matter thoroughly. Employees like Isaiah and managers like Ally reflect poorly on your brand and create a hostile environment for customers.

I was passing thru Albuquerque for
Business i stopped in to this firehouse for what is usually my go to spot for a sub. I ordered a hook and ladder just mayo an tomato. I got everything but tomato an mayo. The workers were so preoccupied with whatever jokes they were telling each other that they couldn't even get a basic sub correct. Very disappointed with food and service. I won't be stopping there any more when I travel thru Albuquerque

My Firehouse Hero was excellent, but my gf's hook and ladder had way too much mayo sauce.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This sub shop clearly does not care about its customers' safety or preferences. My father has a severe allergy to cheese, which we explicitly mentioned while ordering. Guess what? They still slapped cheese on his sub. A mistake like this is beyond irresponsible.

We even clarified, "No cheese," several times, yet they somehow managed to screw up the one simple request. It's not just a matter of bad service—this could have sent someone to the hospital. Are the employees just not paying attention? Or do they simply not care? Either way, it's an inexcusable failure on their part.

I will never trust this place with another order again. If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, stay FAR away from this shop unless you enjoy gambling with your health. Absolutely disgraceful.
