Hands down, the BEST Firehouse Subs experience at 6220 Paseo Del Norte NE, Albuquerque!

The entire team here is a shining example of exceptional customer service and meticulous attention to detail. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine enthusiasm—every employee made me feel like a valued guest.

They listened carefully to my order, ensuring every customization was spot-on, and the sandwiches? Perfectly crafted, steamed to perfection, and piled high with premium ingredients, just as promised. The staff’s teamwork is unreal—they move like a well-oiled machine, keeping the line moving while still taking time to chat and make sure every detail is right.

Special shoutout to the manager for fostering such a welcoming vibe and to the crew for their kindness. Whether it’s a quick lunch or a catering order, this Firehouse Subs crew nails it every time. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!!

They are not careful with their food preparation. About halfway through my sandwich I found a good sized chunk of plastic. Unfortunately, I found it by chewing on it. It was about an inch to inch and a half long with a width of 3/8 of an inch on one end to an inch on the other end. If they were that careless with the plastic, what else are they careless with? I have had too many issues at that store. I think I am going to start trying that other company's sub store not far from Paseo. If I could post a picture of the plastic I would.

Went in to order since they didn’t have an option to switch hot subs to leave it cold or anywhere to put a note to say so. I will not ding this store because that’s something they probably can’t control.
But went in, ordered, the 3 guys working did great and my sandwich was done in like 3 min or less! The sandwich is huge! I got the Hero. It was yummy. Thank you so much for the fast friendly service!

Not the best subs, the turkey on my sub was just processed super market grade turkey, not much flavor, my wife didn't get much meat with hers. First time trying them, won't be back. Jersey Mike's has much better subs.

A very solid firehouse location. The first one that has remembered to leave off the pickles when requested!

Everything at this location was great.My problem with Firehouse Subs is their rewards program. After amassing a large amount of credit the app stopped working and multiple attempts to remedy the problem have failed.I happened to catch the District Manager at this location today. He agreed to check into the problem and text me back. Here is his reply, "Hi Robert. Here is what my corporate contact sent me:'.... unfortunately we don’t have a live person he can talk to. The app utilizes a chat bot as soon as you click the contact us option."'Firehouse Subs' rewards program is controlled by a third party entity. I think that if the folks controlling the rewards program can not be reached and I lose all my acquired credits I will exercise my right to take my business elsewhere.My Jersey Mike's app still works just fine. RF
