I was disappointed with my recent visit to Five Guys because they messed up my order, leaving my best friend with a plain burger on her first try. I always brag about their burgers being the best, but this experience proved me wrong. I’ll give them another chance, but if it happens again, I might have to find a new burger spot.

So only issue is the price, the food is half the goodness of in an out but double the cost, so you should be 200% less.. 11 dollar vs 6 dollar burger is ridiculous… only a matter of time before it goes under..

Called in order ahead of time, said it would be ready within 10 minutes. Showed up after 10 min, but they didn't start making the order until we got to the restaurant.... called in so it would be ready to go when I got there.
Didn't get served right away and was looked at like I wasn't suppose to be there. So I waited in the car for the girls
