I have always loved Flying Star. I’ve been coming for over 10 years. Today, however, was terrible food quality. I ordered the turkey jack and it had about half of the turkey that it usually does and double the green chile. Don’t get me wrong, I love green chile, but this seemed like a sad attempt to cover up the sparse amount of turkey in the sandwich. On to the fries, they were literally hollowed out because of how long they were cooked. A few seconds more and they would have burnt to a crisp. I did not enjoy this and it was terrible to see how low quality this place has become over the years.

I would give this 10 out of 5 stars if I could. Top 1 resturant experience of my life. The hit chocolate was the perfect temperature, and tasted better than my grandma's stroganoff. The best part was the yn employee with a shiesty.

I requested in my notes please don’t burn my Buddha bowl again like you have been in the past and this damn location keeps freaking burning and serving me a twenty dollar meal. Ridiculous. I thought they’d iron it out and fix this by now.
EXCELLENT DINER to EAT AT!!! Ayisha took our order and it was perfect. The green chili burger is to die for. Excellent service by Reece, named after the Reece character in the Terminator movies. Overall fantastic food, service and a night at the Flying Star Cafe!!!
