Flying star has a special place in my heart since high school when it used to be double rainbow. They have the best desserts and whenever I come back to Albuquerque, it’s a definite treat. I even signed up for their loyalty program. I love throughout the years that they maintained a staff that is always super down to earth and cordial tonight I picked up some desserts to go and the attentive young fellow noticed that there had been an error and fixed it right away. Amazing Food. My family has visited here many times and has made it a special weekend favorite. Lots of delicious menu items, holiday specials and dessert favorites. Great meeting place for students, small business groups and social clubs. Outdoor dining area is special, with a scenic view of the mountains. Great staff, fair prices and lots of seating areas.

I love Flying Star very much. The food taste and environment are great, but one problem I always find is that there have been multiple instances where I have found a hair in my food. I love this establishment but there need to be more sanitary measures enforced (hair nets for hair and facial hair for example)
