Made a birthday reservation for the family which was confirmed via phone call, when we arrived front staff announced rudely that we did not have a reservation stating we had to be patient due to how busy they were. Manager was also very rude effectively kicking us out for being a fire hazard while waiting for a table that was supposedly reserved. Very disappointed in the way the staff treated our family.

recently I went to fogo and honestly had a great experience. I’d never been before, so I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but everything ended up being super good. The servers were constantly walking around with different cuts of meat, and every single thing I tried was tender and full of flavor. The picanha was my favorite by far.

Service was great. Adrian was friendly, checked on us often, and you could tell the staff really cared about making sure people were enjoying themselves. The place has a nice vibe without feeling too fancy or stiff.

I have been to this location and enjoyed my experience multiple times. But I went yesterday with a few friends as a late birthday celebration, and I did not enjoy my experience at all. Our server was not the most attentive by any means. We ordered three drinks, we received two of the three drinks about 20 mins after we ordered them. My drink was so full of crushed pineapple it was almost impossible to drink. My freind did not receive her drink for at least another 10 to 15 mins and when it did arrive it was not even made properly. It took another few minutes to get anyone over to let them know it was wrong. And then it happened again! She ordered the exact same drink after finishing the first one that had to be remade. We had to send that drink back because it was made wrong again. Sorry but if your bartenders can't make an amaretto sour they probably shouldn't be a bar tender. Our table was passed over quite a bit. We had to wave staff down to serve us. The bacon wrapped chicken was like chewing woodchips, the parm pork was under cooked, the lamb was insanely gamey. Tina and the buser with the super curly hair and the male server with the long braid were amazing! They made it right, but it was overall one of the worst experiences I have had here and quite honestly don't think I'll be back.

They were very busy during Thanksgiving dinner service, but they were efficient. Everyone from guest check-in and servers were friendly, courteous, and professional. The meats kept coming around. Not a long wait for food. It was great dining experience.

Restaurant overbooked reservations. Didn't get seated until over an hour after our reservation time.

Waited an hour for our reservation. Hyped up to having 14 types of meat selections, we only saw half that many. Servers came to our table infrequently.

Waited over 3 hours even though we had a reservation. Didn't get bread until the end when they realized we hadn't gotten potatoes or bread. Excuse at the hostess station was that everyone had reservations so we had to wait no matter when we made them.

We, meaning my family of two boys and wife. You know we've been there many time before but this was the worse experience we've had. Absolutely terrible, our table was late by 45 mins (even though we had a reservation at 215). Sucked. We had to wait outside in the cold for 45 mins and it would have been longer had I not goin in and advocated for this table that was available when we checked in that was still available when we checked in. They were all confused, they wayyy overbooked. Disaster!! Don't do it, we spent 600$ for a crappy experience. Go somewhere else, confusion.

Bear in mind this review is based on a holiday dining experience (Thanksgiving day). It was our first time at this restaurant and they were absolutely swamped. The hostesses and waitstaff were unwaveringly pleasant and professional despite horrible planning on the part of whoever allowed an unreasonable amount of reservations and walk-ins at the same time. They faced a non-stop mob of hungry, disgruntled customers and did their best to organize and keep things moving. Our reservation was at 1:30, when we requested an update at 2 there were still 15 parties ahead of us. We were eventually seated at 2:45. It was so packed that a slower moving member of our party could not walk unassisted; she needed help navigating people and furniture, and was still jostled several times. Because we were seated between the crush of people at the front door and the salad bar there was constant noise and we couldn't hear each other to talk during the meal. The staff tried but were spread too thin to be as attentive as one might expect at a nice restaurant, and we were rushed out the door at the end. The menu was limited and more expensive than normal, which is understandable for a holiday, but it would have been nice to share details in advance online. The saving grace? Due to the salad bar and Churrasco experience, food was almost instantly available. Everything was plentiful and tasted good. Despite a reservation, we spent more time waiting to be seated than at the table. The experience was both over and underwhelming, and we won't be back. I sincerely hope that everyone working that fiasco was heavily rewarded for their efforts. Management/Corporate, it shouldn't be about stuffing as many people as possible through your doors; tone down the greed and do better for your staff and customers.

We will be going back to Fogo de Chao. My wife is a vegetarian, and she loved the salad bar. Our grandkids and me, we are the meat eaters. It worked just great for all of us. It was Thanksgiving Day, so it was really busy, and they were running about 30-45 minutes behind the reservation time. However, given how busy they were, they did a magnificent job with the communication regarding the seating time, the food was outstanding, and the service was very good given the fact that it was really crowded because it was Thanksgiving. Management and waiters constantly circulated checking on the needs of the customers. Definitely recommend Fogo, and will return.

The food was. Okay but the method used to serve the meat was somewhat haphazard. We were interested in lamb but none appeared until we were done and ready to go. The beef and chicken served was nothing special but the unique way it was served was noteworthy. The Chocolate cake dessert was great. We will go again sometime.
