My wife and I had our first experience at Fork and Fig and found the food delicious and the service excellent. We were looking for something different in our dining experience. The flavors were a feast for our taste buds, and the food was healthier than most restaurants. I had the Mortadella with the cauliflower side, my wife had the salmon wrap with brussel sprouts and we finished off by splitting the Basque cheesecake. The seasonings and combinations of flavors were delicious....
We sat outside this evening. I had the fig and brie burger with brussel sprouts as a side dish. The other meal was 3 enchiladas with pork and hatch chili. Elote was the side dish for the enchiladas. The enchiladas was spicier than I was prepared for. It was still amazing food. They were all out of the foie gras potato chips or that would have been my side dish. They close at 8 pm on Tuesdays but they were able to squeeze us in at 7:40! Glad we got to try this restaurant out....
