It was a special day celebrating Mother's Day, and I made an 11:00 reservation to assure a seat. Got there promptly at 11:00, however the restaurant doesn't open until 11:30. Nothing about the experience was special and it truly was disappointing with the professionalism and service you would anticipate getting from a Hotel of this caliber. I am local and unfortunately this will never be a choice for any event or special occasion I have. From valet to the front desk to the restaurant was nothing short of chaos and unprofessional. To top the afternoon off there was no toilet paper in any of the restrooms available to visitors. Not anything I wound except from a Heritage Hotel.

The buffet was quite limited for the price. One choice of soup, salad bar, , meatloaf, and potatoes. Honestly, I expected more.

We went for brunch New Year Day, good menu, well prepared food except my meal came out totally cold, that was quickly corrected. The hostess/waitress didn't even try to come off cheerful so the experience was dulled a bit. We'll try dinner one of these nights soon.

They were out of several entrees and local draft beers. Not enough wait staff. Sure wasn't like The Forque that I remember 🫤

The food was most underwhelming. We asked to share a salad and the waiter brought two plates whilst we waited for the salad. Most restaurants will split the salad in the kitchen. We both ordered French dips and the arrived soggy and greasy. The French fries were limp. Our waiter hovered over us the entire meal.

It was empty on Thanksgiving at 1pm. Food was great! Service was quick. Got a Turkey plate with all the fixings...included salad and a slice of pie for $30.

I do not recommend for dining! Food was cold, took 30 minutes to get a glass of wine. No ambience for a dining experience .

Food was very very good, but pricey. Waiter was friendly enough but not very attentive. Beer was served unopened and in the can, didn't pour it into the empty glass and tea glasses went dry. Very quiet and nice ambiance. Great history of the hotel.

Pasta has no flavor at all, and the penne was chopped up in tiny pieces, don't order the pasta

A hotel guest mentioned that it was restaurant week. When the bar manager wouldn’t provide or wasn’t aware of an RW menu, I asked the restaurant manager if I could see it and if it would still be served, as they were closing the restaurant but still serving food in the bar. She provided and after bring it to the bar managers attention I ordered off it but was disappointed that I had. A pork belly appetizer was really minced bacon or pancetta, and served on some type of black bean paste – nothing at all like a traditional real pork belly. My snapper entrée was truly bizarre, served with mixed vegetables, very thick mashed potatoes, and a Polynesian sauce that just didn’t work. A flourless chocolate torte dessert was the only enjoyable plate.

Overall it’s just fine, especially if you’re staying in the hotel. However, they aren’t the fastest serving staff around. I did love the margarita flatbread though.

I was staying at the Hyatt so Forque was convenient. I ate there four times, lunch twice and breakfast twice. One thing they do consistently is they are slow. Slow to acknowledge you once your seated, slow to prepare your food, slow to pay your check. Food was so-so, forgettable. Tip-Ask for your check when they bring out your food.

I at at this restaurant twice while at the Hyatt. Both times the service was good as well as the food.
