Went in for a couple meals, one wasn’t in the bag. No big deal, it happens. But when I told Virginia about it she was very helpful and insisted on remaking the meals so we could heat it hot. Thank you! Your kindness and attentiveness is not unnoticed! <3

Had a doordash order, I'm a pretty regular customer. They got my order completely wrong and just substituted what I ordered a bunch of random stuff. I ordered one Burger with cheese curds and a side of onion rings . I received two burgers and two french fries .This place is usually good but this was a bad experience.

This is the best Freddy's I've ever had. The sandwich was perfect. Got tons of fries. The place was clean.

I ordered a keylime concrete which I love. I'm not sure why but a straw wrapper was blended in. Kinda took some love for it to it's just soso

Staff were all very friendly. Our menu selections were created as we preferred. Dining area was clean as well as the restroom. Hamburgers and fries are always delicious, delivered hot and tasty.

Stopped in for a burger and chicken sandwich. The bill was $29. The food was awful.

The hamburger had been pressed so hard that it resembled meat cardboard. Ko flavor at all. Not juicy.

The chicken sandwich had about a cup of mayo on it. Also dry and flavorless.

Huge disappointment. Expected better. Could have had a nice dinner in a restaurant for what we paid for this inedible meal.

Ordered a chicken club combo with tots. Where's my bacon & cheese? I didn't ask for fries. :-( Apparently, host doesn't listen while taking an order

Food was a disappointment. I had the grilled chicken it was pretty much tasteless. The bun fell apart andthe tater tots were over cooked.

Good food. Great service. Pleasant staff. Restaurant nicely clean throughout. Definitely will come back.

The fries are my favorite thing here. Burgers are pretty good too.
