I work in one of the neighboring businesses and decided to come in on my lunch to treat myself to some custard and waited 20 minutes for it, when my lunch is 30 minutes. Cashier was instead neglecting to make my ice cream when we had a conversation about when I had to return then acted surprised when my facial expression clearly upset since my time had been wasted. Horrible, slow service. Pains me because as someone who works in customer service, I would never do that to another person. Keep in mind the lobby was not busy when I came in. Employee with dreads under a durag was apologetic though however did nothing to help. Wont be returning.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Freddy’s, and I must say, Myra made my experience absolutely unforgettable. From the moment I walked in, her warm smile and friendly demeanor set the tone for an excellent meal. Myra went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my visit was perfect.
Her attentiveness was incredible—she anticipated my needs before I even had to ask, whether, and her passion for delivering top-notch service truly stood out.
What impressed me most was how she treated every guest with the same level of care and attention, making everyone feel like family. It’s rare to find someone so genuinely kind and professional, and Myra is a shining example of excellent customer service. She made my visit more than just a meal—it was an experience I’ll remember and definitely come back for.

I arrived at the establishment to fulfill an Uber Eats order. However, I was uncertain if the interior was accessible due to the late hour. A vehicle was ahead of me, and the cashier informed me that I could not retrieve the order via the drive-thru. Consequently, I proceeded to the parking lot, but I was impeded by the preceding car, which remained stationary for approximately 15 minutes. Upon finally entering the establishment, I encountered a protracted wait for customer service. When the individual retrieved my order, I inquired about the duration it had been sitting there, but he professed ignorance. I then requested a freshly prepared burger, considering the extended wait and the fact that I had a substantial journey ahead. However, my request was denied, with the response that it was merely a burger. Consequently, I expressed my discomfort in delivering the order and proceeded to cancel it, particularly due to the perishable nature of the establishment's fries.

Ms. Ivy and Ms. Myra were so friendly, helpful and caring to my needs. I was happy to have been able treated like a champion 🏆 today. The food was delicious. The manager was very friendly too.

The concrete was delicious and made with plenty of toppings! It was very busy and loud in there so we took ours to go!

Came in early morning after the Balloon Fiesta. My youngest has been asking me to bring them here. We had chicken tenders and bacon and steak burgers and the food was great! Ms Mayra was so sweet and attentive and walked around the restaurant taking care of customers and making sure everyone was having a good experience. We had a nice little chat and a wonderful experience!

Customer service sucked. I ordered the California style burger with no cheese (for health reasons) and no sauce. I bit into cheese. These people clearly can't read. Huge disappointment here and this is my first time at freddys!
