Came in about 1230 wasn't to busy. And the burgers are awesome! Love them! Wish they had a Freddy's down in the North valley but I'll drive to this location when Im craving it ! Don't miss out if you haven't tried it get your butt in here !!!

The staff is always polite and go out of their way to help you. And the steak burgers taste good. They now have tater tots and they're pretty good.

Loved it nothing bad, however...we live in Aurora, CO and our Freddy's on Havana smokes all of the Freddy's we have been to..again nothing bad at this one..very good. Freddy's on Havana in Aurora, CO is by far THE BEST!!!

Quite possibly the worst fast food we have ever eaten. Most definitely the worst Freddy's we've ever eaten at. 5/31/25 @625pm. They have approximately 15-20 people in the kitchen but yet it's the nastiest improperly cooked food ever. Its mind boggling that this place has as many good reviews that it does. I've never had chewy fries before, so thanks for that experience... The buns are weird looking, white colored like they are bleached. The bacon looked like it was made a week ago and left under a heat lamp. The food looks absolutely NOTHING like the pictures on the menus, and most definitely didn't taste good. We ended up throwing most of it away.
We ate inside, the tables and seats were dirty. But yet the employees are joking and laughing around like they are bored...

First time eating at Freddy's Frozen Custard! So I planned to stop by and check out what the frozen custard is all about. But looking over the that menu I decided to have lunch, and ordered a steak burger . Which was great I must admit but I truthfully should have taken the time to sit down and enjoy my meal I say this because the steak burger is a bit messy. But don't get me wrong it's just huge portions lots of cheese which I'm not at big fan of. Overall I I definitely will go back and plan it out next time so I'm not having to rush. As for the frozen custard I give it a 8 out of 10 .

Surprising how inexpensive 2 meals here was! The Freddy's double was fantastic! Great atmosphere, quick, and clean!

I work in one of the neighboring businesses and decided to come in on my lunch to treat myself to some custard and waited 20 minutes for it, when my lunch is 30 minutes. Cashier was instead neglecting to make my ice cream when we had a conversation about when I had to return then acted surprised when my facial expression clearly upset since my time had been wasted. Horrible, slow service. Pains me because as someone who works in customer service, I would never do that to another person. Keep in mind the lobby was not busy when I came in. Employee with dreads under a durag was apologetic though however did nothing to help. Wont be returning.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Freddy’s, and I must say, Myra made my experience absolutely unforgettable. From the moment I walked in, her warm smile and friendly demeanor set the tone for an excellent meal. Myra went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my visit was perfect.

Her attentiveness was incredible—she anticipated my needs before I even had to ask, whether, and her passion for delivering top-notch service truly stood out.

What impressed me most was how she treated every guest with the same level of care and attention, making everyone feel like family. It’s rare to find someone so genuinely kind and professional, and Myra is a shining example of excellent customer service.
