Love this Freddys, it's super close to where I live on Paseo and the staff are always very warm and friendly. I cannot get enough of their steakburger California style, and the fry sauce is bomb!The manager was attentive and checked in on us multiple times which was great to get extra sauces and more napkins. The location is very clean and they always have great retro music playing. This is a great place for families and a quick meal too.

My family ordered some food at the drive up, got to the window to pay for my food with a $50 dollar bill. They told me they couldn't except the bill because of counterfeit bill going around. My bill was 47 dollars and some charge. My family was really looking forward to the food and Custard ice cream. But was denied the $50 bill was family was totally upset.Not understanding why they wouldn't accept the money. I told my children I'm sorry. The customer Service was very rude and unfair.. I asked why they didn't have a sign at the drive through..

I had the patty melt. The cooked onions on the sandwich were slimy and tough. The whole thing was pretty tasteless. The meat was not seasoned at all. I had to put ketchup on it so I could taste something.I had asked for a small order of fries but I received a huge order. They were excellent, just too much.I had a regular sized turtle concrete. The custard and the caramel and hot fudge topping were great but there was not ANY pecan nuts throughout the concrete.I haven't frequented Freddy's for a whe but the quality or their products has definitely degraded since my last time.Probably won't return until my recollection of the mediocre quality fades from my memory.
