Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Used drive through for an order. Went to leave and discovered smashed food and missing items. Went in to get it corrected and the nice lady said she would fix it but then nothing happened. I waited 20 minutes and finally had a cook ask what I was waiting for and he made the missing items. When I asked to have the smashed food redone they told me they wouldn't do it. Only the missing items.

We usually love eating at Freddy's but today was disappointing. While the food was still good, the restaurant was a total mess. The tables were all dirty, the soda dispensing area was filthy, there were no napkins, everything looked like it needed to be wiped down and cleaned. The kitchen area also had a very mess floor and counters. I've never seen this restaurant look this bad. They weren't that busy and looked well-staffed... disappointing.

Freddy's is much more than a burger joint. Everything is handcrafted. Especially love their Frozen custard.

Air conditioning is set so cold it’s uncomfortable. Wasting money and energy too.

This Freddy’s location could use a deep clean. Very dirty. The cashier seemed irritated just to clean my booth. Burger was mid. I’ve had better at the location on Paseo. Cheese Curds were A+

Don't know what was up this location today....waited almost 20 minutes with only 3 cars ahead of me...when I finally do get to the window, it took almost 10 more minutes to get my food. I have one question...how am I supposed to eat chili cheese fries with NO fork? Plus no Freddy's sauce for my cheese curds...grr

Exceptional dining area service.

Wheelchair accessibility: They even opened doors for me, who walked with a cane. And at times, my power scooter. Very customer service oriented.

Different style burger then any I have tasted before! But damn good! Very worth the experience. My only negative was the bathrooms were a bit gross.

Decided to return to have some burgers with my family. Noticed at walking through the door the floors were covered with trash. Went to use the rest room after placing my order. Bathroom again very dirty and lacking in supplies. I also noticed the tables were unclean. I proceeded to ask for the manager and young lady came forth claiming to be. I proceed to mention what I saw and that I felt she might want to have someone come out to clear the debris. Her first response was to blame the time being dinner rush and then proceeded to tell me I was being rude for telling her how to do her job. I ofcourse at this point said nothing further and walked away. After a few minutes she came to my table to apologize for her actions. I excepted her apology and then told her my words were not to tell her what to do. Just to inform her and assist her with do better business. It ended corgellily but she has alot to learn when it comes to the service industry. Please if you go to this establishment I ask that you try to do the same and hopefully the store will improve!

Visited this place while on business travel. I’ll start of with saying it was a pretty busy place on a regular weekday evening which indicates it’s a great place. I tried Freddy’s Original Double meal for $9.99 and it was great. Welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Your order number is announced out loud so you will not miss it. Guest wifi is a plus. One of the best burger places in town. I’m definitely coming back.

The atmosphere was warm and inviting. Service was excellent, the menu board was out, and the supervisor Mia had no issue helping me figure out what I wanted to order. Onions rings are a little too sweet and soft for me, but everything else was delicious!

Good hamburgers but a really filthy dining room! Every table top was dirty as well as the floor. Ice machines and electronic menu boards are not working too.
Hope the kitchen is clean but who knows?

Brought my son here for the first time to enjoy his first taste of custard and the staff was absolutely amazing... kind, helpful and overall a great experience. Mia, Rayna, and Cassi were all so helpful and understanding when my little guy made a mess and made him laugh and smile throughout our entire interaction. Will definitely be bringing my family back.
