I have come here twice and both times were amazing, the staff is so nice! The food is great, the place is clean. Ice-cream is delicious! We will definitely be making this our go-to place 🫶🏻

Last time we were here, we didn’t know the difference between the concrete and the other ice creams! There was a girl running the front end and she was very rude and wouldn’t explain to us the difference! This time, however, we went in and the gentleman named Jesus, explained exactly what the ice cream is meant. He had plenty of info on all of his menu. I had the prime rib steak burger, which was amazing. And he made our ice cream in a jiffy. He came to check on us twice to see how we were doing. And this young man did an amazing job and went above and beyond. I will definitely be back when this young man is working. He made my visit the best I have had in a long time at an establishment! Keep up the good work Jesus! It’s people like you to keep us coming back.

This location always serves good food and ice cream quickly and correctly! I usually get the Chocolate Brownie Delight Sundae and it is so delicious every time, I definitely recommend it to anyone who loves chocolate! Their food is always hot and fresh as well, and I've never had complaints! The staff is very friendly and the dining areas (indoor and outdoor) stay clean. There is a nice parking lot behind the building that allows for free 1 hour parking and I've never not found a spot, but there is also parking on the road if the parking lot is full! There is no drive at this location, so it is required to place all orders inside, but the order can be for dining-in or taking-out.

Great smash burger place with decent string fries and delicious frozen custard you can always add to any meal. It’s usually pretty consistent here and my go to if I need a quick burger. I like the original double.

Mgmt is nice

After all the employees ran inside after smoking out, I got greeted by kii. He laughed at my concrete order and made the experience super weird.

This was my first time visiting this location and my first time back at Freddy’s in a long while. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The service was incredibly slow for a pickup order—and to make matters worse, the order was incorrect.

Despite being told during checkout to use the outdoor window for pickup, no one ever came to assist me there. I rang the doorbell several times and waited about five minutes before finally going inside.

To top it all off, I ended up with food poisoning. The burger tasted off—and now I know why.

I’ve been a fan of Freddy’s since they first came to ABQ, but after this experience, I’m done. Never again.
