So I kind of trashed Freddy's last time I was on here for the review but they did take care of the problem and made up for by being really attentive and nice. We are going to give them another chance and see about revising this review. Thank you Freddy's for taking care of that problem

Great smash burgers and thin, crispy french fries. The chocolate milk shake was rich and creamy. Nothing like frozen custard. Service was quick. Typical fast food restaurant. Was very busy but clean. Definitely worth a try if looking for a good basic hamburger meal.

While the food was ok BEN at the counter has terrible customer service skills…. Our kids were excited to try a new place not gonna lie my husband and I were as well. We ate and tried again buy trying some shakes for our family of 8 as we are informing our children of their treats he stopped listens to our conversation and stated “you can’t order anything anymore” despite the fact we had already paid! Another thing he gave my husband 2 packets of ketchup for our FAMILY OF 8. I’ll take my business somewhere else. Awful customer service. To top it off my daughters shake had plastic blended in it ? this place is awful ?

We’re there during opening and food was great supper of service was fantastic and everything really clean. Good place and interesting that they had codes to get into bathroom which was cool.

Ordered a grilled chicken breast with grilled onions in a lettuce wrap- delicious! Lettuce wrap us great option . Ordered on line- ready on time and warm when we got home! Food is always good quality and staff is very friendly.

BEST Freddy’s I’ve ever been to!! Their patties aren’t burnt to a crisp, and the cheese curds are always amazing at this location!!! Not the mention they hook it up with the sauce - love it.

Try to order for the first time here. The guy working could see me looking at the menu while I was 5-6 feet away from the counter. He still said "can I help you" or the same. I said 'give me a minute.' He got obviously agitated. He snarled, 'well whenever you are ready.' He thinks I should accommodate him. He and your organization are wrong in that account. I sit in the parking lot as I write. I can get food anywhere

Here for a conference. Looks good on UberEatsI ordered the chili dog and burger. Look at what I got... This pretty much sums up the entire city. Hopefully I can throw a few pizzas on the breaking bad house before I leave this s*** hole lol

I like the burger I got it was good the fries were okay but they have been sitting for a while they were not fresh I asked to have fresh ones but the workers told me that the fries they gave me or they just took them out of the fryer so I did not get fresh fries the lobby was totally dirty nobody was cleaning nothing everybody was just standing around not doing nothing I like the layout of the restaurant inside it was nice and the selection of music that they were playing was good too but the service was totally bad and the cleanliness of this place was horrible
Food is okay, burgers not great. Fries are super thin and even so they were undercooked. Custard is okay, but I'm picky since I come from WI. Great everything else!

Last visit I had a great meal and frozen custard but the service was definitely off. Prior to leaving I asked for the bathroom code but when the taller male behind the counter noticed I had a cigarette in hand he raised his voice and told me I couldn't smoke in the restaurant. I acted in line with expectations, raised my voice over and above his to finish my thoughts on the matter. I went to the bathroom and lit my post meal smoke after leaving the place as I had intended to do prior to needless jaw jacking from the staff.

Food was good. Front register was super polite. Cooks were pretty vocal about the fact that they were not happy about making our order for 5 adults.

Being from wisconsin I was curious about their cheese curds. But for the price they held up to a lot of the curds back home!! I was shocked! The only problem is they fried them for too long so some were a little burnt. Also, some of the curds had too much breading, which in my opinion makes it harder to taste the cheese. Otherwise they were awesome!

We took the whole family to Freddy's today for lunch. Fun place that most of them had never been to. Patties are thin, so they are well done, and you get TWO (a double) for a normal sized hamburger. you can get a single or a triple as well. Lots of shoe string fries.... crispy and yummy.
