The front-line employees are awesome and the flavors are delicious
A Big BUT: don't trust them to make a cake on time! We were celebrating two people's birthdays together so I went in person a week in advance. They took my order in detail and said they'd call me the next day. They DID not call. So two days later, I called back and they confirmed the time again. Then, when I showed up to pick up the cake, they told me the chef was gone and the cake wasn't...

Soooooooo good! Super dope. I had the Raffaello flavor and it didn’t disappoint. Haven’t had anything better ice cream wise, y’all the GOATS. Bryan was extra chill and explained when I had questions. Sampled a few flavs before deciding on this one. Thanks!
