First time going there was a horrible experience. Cashier gave my son & I stares, food was cold, no signs for condiments. I was lost, by the time I found the condiments, my son wanted to leave because of the guy cashier staring him down! I'm not going back, sorry.

The worst hamburger ever! Patty was so thin it was less than a smash burger. The lettuce station was unsanitary. They served the shakes without milk stating the shake machine was broken. I feel bad the employees are forced to serve such horrible food. I hope management reads this!

It had been so long since I've eaten at a Fuddruckers, due to there not being one near my state. But I always remember to stop in whenever I'm in Albuquerque, and I gotta say, the food has gotten better than ever. The service was impeccable, the entrees come with enough topping options to satisfy everyone and the desserts are irresistible. P.S. The sweet tea exceeded my expectations! Kudos, I can't wait to come back again. Highly recommended place to eat, right here!

The burgers got very expensive and $10 for chili cheese fries, the food wasn’t as good as they used to be, the fries were just warm same with the chili. It also smelled with BO in there , I probably won’t come back here again. You get much better value at other restaurant.👍

We ate there last night and the food was horrible. Asked for extra well done and it was pink. The bacon was ice cold and definitely not cooked. The onion rings tasted old and were burnt. Sweet tea was not sweet at all. My husband ordered the bison burger medium well. It still had blood in it. Nasty. $49 meal left on the table. We won't be going back. There was food on the floor, especially by the condiments and they were mostly empty.

Maria, the cashier, went above and beyond when my son spilled his food on the floor. Maria was super supportive and kind in a frustrating situation. She offered to get him a new food and cleaned up the mess without me having to ask.

A delicious burger with unlimited toppings. Got the 2/3 lb. cooked medium with cheddar cheese and mushrooms. Topped it off with a load of stuff. Brushed on some ketchup, mustard and ranch on the top bun. Ended up eating some of the toppings as a salad with the ranch dressing. Hit the spot and felt very satisfied afterwards. Definitely recommend if you enjoy burgers.

This place was a total disappointment. It's essentially a former shell of itself. It was expensive and a total rip off. Very poor quality food and run down atmosphere from 20 years ago.
