Very loud. I went in on a Monday evening after hearing many great things about Fuego 505. They were very busy. There is a huge bar that takes center stage and makes up most of the restaurant. I was alone and that was a good thing because talking would have been hard due to how loud the place is. It also has an open kitchen which is fun and adds to the decibal level. I ordered nachos but took them home to enjoy.

So let me get this straight an 8 oz cup is $16 and nachos were $27 however these online prices are reasonable. Quality of food was poor and upon trying to correct this issue nobody cared.

Tried for first time lunch today. It was a good vibe environment with lots of sports tvs, great service and food. My husband said the green chile wasn't spicy enough on his Verde burger and bottom bun was soggy. Mine was delicious with egg on top. Will go again and try the tacos.

Been here twice now. Not a huge fan of the environment to start with. In both cases it was literally impossible to hold a conversation between the people at the table and the second it was so noisy that the waitress could not even here us to take the order. And before the repetive question is asked no we did not bring it up to management. If an employee admits it is too loud what else needs to be done? A single bathroom in a restaraunt/bar this size? The first time after waiting in line 3 deep I learned that I am goign to wash up before we go or bring hand sanitzer.
Food- I appreciate where i am in the country and although there are a few menu items for people who dont want spicy the cost of the food to the presentation did not match. First the lobster roll then the burger. I will not go if invited and when I was asked if I wanted something to be brought home there was nothing I wanted from the menu even if I wasn't paying for it. Take that for what you will.

The service was terrible, the house margarita was serviced in a very narrow small glass, the food was not tasty and the music was heavy metal, too loud to even hold a conversation.

The food was very good. I had the Carne Adovada fries with Elote as the side and the Carne Adovada taco. The tacos are enormous. The portion for the Elote was very generous. I would’ve liked a little bit more meat on the loaded fries. The restaurant was in need of a thorough cleaning. The service was incredible. The bartender that handled our table was attentive well paced, and it made lunch such a wonderful experience. The way service used to be! I highly recommend Fuego 505
Tasty chilaquiles with some NM flare, I lean towards the traditional style but a decent compromise within this state so far... would definitely recommend this place overall!

6 tacos, chips and 3 beers for $67…took them an hour to make the tacos, which were all truly terrible. We ate two, finished our beers and left the rest for the garbage.
