The Boa was good the spicy noodle bowl was ok the broth was weird to me but everything inside was good brought it home and threw it in miso soup.

I had high expectations coming in as they are supposed to make hand pulled noodles. I ordered the hand pulled and cut noodles with beef and shrimp and the soup dumplings. The food tasted old, noodles not fully cooked (we also literally received 2 shrimps and what tasted like old beef). The dumplings tasted frozen.
We weren’t given plates till after the food was served and the waiter the whole time acted like he didn’t want to be there and mumbled the whole time :/
I’m honestly really disappointed, even the service was poor, I won’t be coming back ever for expensive non edible food.

Bad food and service. The food was on table about 15 mins from the time of order. We did not like something about the dish and wanted it changed but no one came to even ask how we were doing. Took another 20-30 mins to find our waiter, stop them and ask for the change. They took another 20 mins to make that happen.

Fun Noodle Bar in Albuquerque was a great find! We ordered several items, including the chicken fried rice and the tonkotsu ramen with shrimp—both were flavorful and satisfying. The brown sugar milk tea was the perfect sweet finish. Everything came out fresh, portions were generous, and the overall experience was excellent. Will definitely be back! 🍜🧋
