Fusion Tacos @cottonwood mall

The tacos are amazing but to have a sign up to say call ahead but the phone never works is crazy. How do you have a business without a working phone? The lady taking the orders is pretty cool. Management do your due diligence and get a working phone so I can give you 5 stars please

Service was not what it should be but considering we're in a mall, you tend to let certain service qualities slide... However the person taking our order was not friendly at all nor did she listen.... we requested birria with no ramen, was served a large container of ramen with a side of three street tacos not tacos that was requested with the meal.... To pay over $40 and not get what we asked for is ridiculous and they should be ashamed of themselves of what they are serving and asking for ...

I usually come to this location on cottonwood mall, and I came twice this week and every single time I came they have this sign that says CLOSED during mall hours, and today when I came they have the same sign but now it’s says CLOSED FOR THE NEXT 30 mins. I can not wait that long since my break it’s only for 30 min. The managers or owners should be doing something about this location, really disappointing.

I have food restrictions and Fusion Tacos had salad. Oh man the spinach, strawberry, pecan and chicken salad was the bomb. Great employees Einar the cashier also the cook Jose great customer service. I will be stopping by here to eat again.

I did not order lettuce wrapped tacos. Low carb tortillas is not the same as lettuce wrap. This is bullshit, $27 to have to make my own tortillas.

I had the pleasure of dining at Fusion Tacos and ordered the Catrina’s Bowl—wow, what a flavor explosion! Every bite was fresh, vibrant, and perfectly seasoned.
