Garcias Kitchen Catering

WOW!!! I hired them to caterer during balloon fiesta for 135 people. The food was absolutely delicious!!! Beef & chicken tacos, beef & chicken enchiladas, beans, rice, chips and salsa. It's hard hiring someone you've never worked with. Working with Garcia's was so easy.

They failed to bring food ordered for dietary restrictions to an event so 50-100 of us just got to stay hungry.This was my first experience with Garcia's kitchen.

I usually love Garcia's....but today not so good. I went in for my favorite Nacho Supreme the chips were old and tasted terrible. I reached out to the store manager (Marcella) which has terrible customer service and wanted to argue with me. So I went a step ahead and called Corp Office. Spoke with a very nice young lady. Hopefully they'll speak with Marcella and give her additional training ???well needed.

Food was scrumptious, delivered on time, complete with glasses and silverware. Garcia's is one of the very few restaurants in town which does NOT contaminate their food with soy.

Only giving this five stars to reach and save as many people as I can. I’m strictly talking about the catering from here. This was for my grandmas FUNERAL. When I tell you I have never met a more unprofessional disgustingly rude horrible team of people I mean it. They tried packing up twice when they weren’t suppose to. They served more food to the mariachi group that we hired then my family. Seems pretty racist maybe it’s cause we didn’t speak Spanish and they did. We paid for rice and got potatoes instead and said it was our fault even tho they don’t even offer potatoes on the menu we picked from. Seems just lazy to me. They put SALSA in a ziplock bag that busted open and spilled everywhere in my car and the kitchen. Which is the last thing anyone should have to deal with after burying a loved one. And they just poured the rest of the drinks and we had to clean it up cause they left a mess even tho we paid for full service. And there was nothing to serve salsa in. We called and the SUPERVISOR WAS LAUGHING AT MY SISTER AND KEPT HANGING UP ON HER AND NOW WONT ANSWER HER. Look I can go on and on but just safe yourself time and money and more heartache and go with someone that cares cause this company is not it.

Taco bar was the best! Both chicken and beef were perfect! It came with all the fixins. Great job Garcias!

I truly enjoy the food at Garcia’s however the waitress Stephanie at the 4th street store today was so rude. She ruined my appetite and day. NO customer should ever be treated with disrespect.
